Well that's because he just found out that he has to be benched for the upcoming match "I'm sorry Y/n, but I just think it would be good idea so that the others can be more motivated to win now that, Free's gone." said Kris with an apologetic expression.
"But I'm the new captain right? I can't believe this. Free's not the only High Class Blader I'm very close with him so I should be able to be out there!" Y/n yelled as Kris looked down "Once again, I'm very sorry Y/n but I've already made up my mind." She apologized but Y/n was already out ragged before he got even more mad and left to his dorm room.
'I still can't believe this without me out there we're gonna lose. I like Kris, but she made a terrible decision right, Variares?" Y/n took out Variares and looked at him. As a response Y/n got a glimmer from her as if he was agreeing. 'This won't be good' Y/n grumble at the forth coming disaster.
Few Days Later...
'I can't believe this' Y/n said with his face down in his palms.
"A burst finish! There you have it, BK Nord from Sweden has taken the third game! Safe to say they are dominating against the legendary BC Sol team. I'm afraid it's no surprise from the lost of one of their strongest bladers Free De La Hoya and absents of Y/n L/n is having an immediate affect. 'I should have been out there to help but instead, I'm up here in the stands and now we've lost a match. Goodbye beautiful streak, hello failure...' Y/n thought leaving the stadium alone.
BC Sol Meeting Room
"What happened out there? Mind explaining yourselves today?" Trad asked like a angry parent confronting their child.
"Can you not see that those rookies are the problem they've brought nothing to the team. Our wins before were all because of Y/n and Free not them." Stan said gesturing to the two behind him.
"You think so?" asked Valt. Honcho then stood up "Hang on are you trying to tell me that we can't do anything with them around?"
"No duh. Think about it even against Sunbat United it was their advice that's why you won." said Stan pushing his argument. "Well sure yeah it helped, but we still won that battle." replied Valt "It was the only reason you won." Stan spat back.
Honcho sat down and aggressively mumbled something at him while Stan turned back to the front "Putting these two clowns on the top team was an epic mistake boss. I'd pick Ivan and Rickson over them any day of the week."
"Let it go Stan, I don't think we can blame Kris for getting lured in by the world rankings." said Ivan but Stan just continued "There has to be some kind of horrible mistake in the numbers." Stan then looked at him "Don't tell me you didn't see that today?"
"Come on Dial it back a bit, Stan." Said Sasha trying to calm her teammate. "Save it for the suggestion box!" yelled Stan even more angrier than before. "Seriously?! If this is the best we've got we don't stand a chance in the European League!" Stan stated finishing his claim.
Y/n who was in the back sitting with Silas slammed his balled up fist into the desk table causing it to split in two. Standing up, all attention was now on him and boy was everyone scared of atmosphere he had. "I hate saying this but I agree with Stan, all our wins were because of Free and I. Now Free's gone and I'm benched! Where did you even get the stupid idea of having me on the bench instead of out there?!" Yelled a very angry Y/n.
"Free gave the suggestion to have you benched for a bit and-"Kris was saying nervously but got interrupted. "Free's told you?! Does Free own this team?! No, he doesn't! why do you even listen to him?! He's left us for the Raging Bulls!" Y/n pointed a finger at himself. "I'm still here and now that Free's gone I'm the new captain of BC Sol yet you throw it all away as if I don't even exist here and poof! There goes our winning streak! If this is your famous plan let's give a round of applause to you boss." Y/n said while sarcastically clapping at Kris.
