Stevie stepped out of her dad's car, nervously smoothing out her jacket as she and Orma made their way towards the group. She immediately spotted Jenna, standing with her co-stars, laughing casually. Stevie recognized Melissa from the premiere, but she hadn't gotten a chance to speak to most of the others. She knew Jasmin, though—well, sort of. Stevie had followed her on Instagram after the premiere, but they hadn't actually met yet.
As they approached, Jenna's eyes lit up, and she waved. "Hi! You made it!" She jogged over, pulling Stevie into a quick hug before turning to Orma. "Orma! Hi!" she greeted her friend warmly.
Orma waved back. "Hey, Jen."
Jenna pointed at her group of co-stars with a teasing smile. "Okay. Guys, you know my sister Stevie. And this is her friend Orma—"
"Best friend," Orma interjected with a proud grin.
Jenna rolled her eyes but laughed. "Whatever, loser." She turned back to the group and introduced them one by one. "That's Dylan, Mason, Jasmin, Melissa... and of course, Stevie, you know Mikey."
Stevie's heart nearly skipped a beat when she heard Mikey's name. She glanced up just in time to see Mikey's eyes light up as she spotted her. Mikey immediately walked over, her face softening into a warm smile. "Hi," Mikey greeted, pulling Stevie into a hug without hesitation.
Stevie froze for a second, eyes wide as Mikey's arms wrapped around her. The warmth of the embrace caught her off guard, and she awkwardly patted Mikey's back, trying not to look like she was panicking. "Hey," she muttered, her voice barely audible.
Meanwhile, Orma's eyes sparkled as she took in the sight of the infamous Mikey Madison—Stevie had been talking about her nonstop. "I've heard a lot about you—"
