Adam's POV

I glare at Sera and Emily, crossing my arms. Lilith and I agreed that she does the talking. Well I didn't necessarily agree but she made a valid point, so here I am. My eyes narrow as Sera continues to have no clue. Emily hasn't muttered a word, but she looks concerned. Sera wouldn't let her talk in the first place.

"So let me get this straight. Right. That sinner is possibly running around Heaven? And you two cannot locate him?" Sera asks. I narrow my eyes, the urge to say something is there and I can't push it away. I know I agreed to stay quiet the whole time, but Sera is an idiot so it's hard.

"That sinner has a fucking name. And he was taken and is not running around Heaven like a little bitch. He's trapped who the fuck knows where and I know he's trapped. If he wasn't, we wouldn't have this problem," I say harshly. Sera looks at me shocked. "Someone stronger than me has him and I'm not resting until I find him."

"What's his name?" Emily asks, stepping forward. I look down at her. I can feel Lilith's glare burning holes on the side of my head. Bitch can suck it up. I own her anyways, she better suck it up.

"Alastor. His name is Alastor."

"Well I never heard of an Alastor nor have I seen anything of a demon around here. Have you thought about talking to any archangels about this? If he really was taken, who in mind do you think would take him in the first place? Someone maybe you don't quite get along with...like Michael." Emily mumbles that last part. I still heard it, making my brain shift gears slightly. What if Michael took him? Michael since the beginning has never liked me and didn't liked Alastor upon meeting him. We got a lead.

"We'll talk to Michael right now." Sera nods and I walk away, Lilith follows me and helps me search for Michael. I swear to Father that if Michael has Alastor, I'm going to murder him. Lilith keeps saying I'm getting attached. I'm not attached. I just want to keep my pets alive, that's all. Nothing more. I turn a corner and bump into Azrael.

"Ow. Fuck dude," I say, rubbing my nose.

"Shit, sorry man. What are you doing here at this time in the day? You never come around here. Unless you need something. More dye to prank Michael?" Azrael asks. I crinkle my nose. Fuck that really hurt, more than usual. I used to bump into people a lot.

"No. I'm looking for Michael. I got to talk to him about something. Do you know where the fuckface is?" Azrael thinks for a moment. I continue to stare at him, my eyes half-lidded and a frown on my face. I do not feel like dealing with any more shit than I already am.

"I saw him last in the meeting room. Looking at some weird shit in the sphere. I don't know what, but it might be something in Hell. I just saw fire, that's really all I have to that claim. Where is your pet deer? Left him home?"

"Don't worry about him," I snap.

"Woah tiger. Okay okay. I'll let you have your important conversation with Michael now. I got plans anyway with Galim. See you around, Adam." Azrael walks away. I walk to the meeting room. Lilith follows behind me, as she should. I lick my lips as I continue walking. Why are they so dry right now? I guess I haven't drank water in a good while. Lilith catches up and walks beside me, her long hair flowing.

"You're so attached to him it's almost cute," she whispers with a chuckle. I glare at her.

"I am not attached. You bitch. Shut up." She laughs and rolls her eyes, giving me a knowing look. I brush her off and focus on looking for the stupid demon. I try to use the chains again, but does it work?

No.

Fuck.

We reach the meeting room's large white doors. Heaven likes large doors. Why am I realizing this now? Fucking stupid, man. I push open the door and peek in. I see Michael pacing around the room like the creepy old man he is.

"Ay Michael!! I need to talk with you!" I yell. He turns his head and looks at me, an angry expression on his face. I hear Lilith slap her forehead next to me. I pretend she doesn't exist like she pretends Lucifer doesn't exist.

"You know I can still hear you if you don't yell like a maniac from here right?" Michael asks calmly, but rudely. I roll my eyes and walk over to Michael, which takes longer than I anticipated. I grab the collar of his robe and pull him close to my face.

"Where is he?!"

"Where is who? Let go of me you oaf." He shoves my hand away and brushes off his robe. He glares at me. "Tell me what the fuck this is about. And why is Lilith here?" My eyes flicker to Lilith for a moment before returning them back to Michael's stupid face.

"Alastor." He raises an eyebrow and gives a "who?" look. "The little deer guy." He continues to give me that look. "You know, the demon. My sinner. Where is he?"

"Ah. I don't know. Lost him already?" He smirks. I narrow my eyes at him as my anger is slowly growing the more that stupid mouth talks. "Awww, did your pet deer run off? You know what happens to pets when they run off." His voice goes down to a whisper. "They never come back."
