After Felix and Hyunjin settled their plans, Felix couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement and anxiety. He needed to let Hyunjin know that he had contacted his father, and they needed to discuss the next steps. He pulled out his phone and began typing:

Felix: Hey, Hyunjin! Just wanted to let you know I talked to my dad about you.

He waited a moment for a reply, his heart racing as he stared at the screen. After a brief pause, Hyunjin responded:

Hyunjin: Really? What did he say?

Felix: He's surprised but open to meeting you. He's two floors above me, so we can set something up soon.

Hyunjin: Okay, sounds good. I hope he likes me...

Felix: He will. Just be yourself, and don't worry!

Hyunjin: I'll do my best!

Felix felt a smile tug at his lips as he continued to type.

Felix: Looking forward to working with you, Hyunjin!

Hyunjin: Same here!

As they exchanged a few more messages, Felix felt an electric thrill at the prospect of having Hyunjin by his side. He couldn't wait for what was to come.

Once Felix finished his text, he decided it was time to talk to his father about Hyunjin. He headed toward the elevator that would take him two floors up to his father's office. The sleek doors slid open, and he stepped inside, pressing the button for the upper level.

As the elevator ascended, Felix felt a mix of anticipation and anxiety stirring within him. The soft hum of the machinery filled the space, and he tried to calm his racing heart.

When the doors opened with a soft ding, he stepped out into the plush hallway that led to his father's office. He approached the door and knocked lightly.

"Come in," his father's voice called from inside.

Felix opened the door and stepped into the large, elegantly decorated office. His father, dressed in a tailored suit, sat behind an imposing mahogany desk cluttered with papers. He looked up, his expression shifting from one of concentration to curiosity.

"Felix, what's this I hear about you wanting a bodyguard?" His father leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms.

Felix took a deep breath, choosing his words carefully. "I've found someone I think will be a good fit," he said, trying to sound confident.

"Who is it?" His father's brow furrowed slightly, as if assessing the situation.

"His name is Hyunjin," Felix replied, a slight tremor in his voice. "He's... a good guy. I really think he'll fit into our family."

"A good guy?" His father repeated, raising an eyebrow. "What does he do?"

Felix hesitated for a moment, knowing he couldn't reveal that Hyunjin worked at a strip club. "He's someone who's had to fight hard to get where he is. He'll be loyal, I promise."

His father studied him for a moment, seemingly weighing the situation. "You're serious about this? You used to argue with me about needing a bodyguard."

"I know, but things have changed. I think having Hyunjin around will help me, especially with the recent threats against our family," Felix explained earnestly.

His father sighed, rubbing his temples. "Alright, I'll trust your judgment. But I want to meet him first."

Felix felt a wave of relief wash over him. "I'll set it up. Just give me some time to let him know."

"Make sure he understands what he's getting into," his father cautioned, his tone turning serious.

"I will, Dad. Thank you for trusting me."

Felix left the office with a sense of accomplishment, feeling more certain about his decision. As he walked back to the elevator, he thought about how this could change everything—for both him and Hyunjin.
