Chapter 8: Crepes and Sunshine

💜Author's Note: I'm sorry it's been so long, guys! I've been super busy with homework, so I haven't had time to write hardly at all! I hope you enjoy the chapter!💜

Jimin's Point of View..

Yoongi lays down next to me, not touching me. My eyes are closed, and I whine softly as I blindly reach out to him. I hear him chuckle before he wraps his arms around me.

“Goodnight, Minnie..” He says with a chuckle.

“Mm.. goodnight, Yoonie..”

The next morning, with the birds singing outside the window and the sun shining through the curtains, I wake up and grin as I gaze at Yoongi, who has his arms around me. I slowly unwrap his arms from around me before kissing his forehead. He mumbles something before continuing to sleep.

I head to the kitchen and decide to make some breakfast. I end up putting dog food in Holly's bowl and pouring some water into the water bowl.

The next thing I do is make a new recipe I've been wanting to try out at the bakery. It's a new breakfast dish, which is called apple and cinnamon crepes. I start by making some classic crepes in the cooking pan. I can then fill the crepes with apples and spices. I inhale as the smell of cinnamon fills the kitchen, giving me a warm, fuzzy feeling. I'm drizzling caramel over the crepes when someone wraps their arms around my waist.

I gasp softly before relaxing once I hear the voice say, “Hey cutie. What are you making?” Yoongi tightens his grip on my waist.

I smile as I turn my head to kiss his cheek. “It's a new recipe I want to try out at the bakery. Tae and I are thinking of starting up a breakfast menu.”

“It smells heavenly..” He mumbles as he presses a kiss to my neck, and I shudder.

I grin as I walk with the plates of food to the table, and we sit down next to each other. “You'll be my guinea pig.”

“These better not be poisoned!” He stabs at the crepe with his fork as his nose wrinkles up in mock disgust.

I start to pout and slap his shoulder as I notice the cheeky grin on his face. “Yah! Don't say that!”

He chuckles as he eats a fork full of the crepes and his eyes close. “Oh my God.. You have to cook this for me all the time.”

I giggle as I reach up and card my fingers through his unruly hair that's sticking up in all different directions. “I guess this recipe was successful?”

“Of course it was!” He smiles.

“I'll make this for the bakery, too.”

“I've got work later.” He says after a while.

“What do you do for a living?” I ask, out of pure curiosity.

“I'm the CEO of Min Corporation.”
“Wow..” My eyes light up as I look around at the house with newfound admiration.

“I also have a brother who's my business partner. His name is Hoseok.”

“That's super cool! Do you think he'd like me?” I ask right when Holly settles near my feet, and I reach down to pet him.

He chuckles. “Oh? Do you think I'm going to introduce you to him?”

My face turns a crimson color as I look down at my lap. “Uh— maybe..?” I ask shyly in a quiet voice.

He reaches over and places a finger underneath my chin and makes me look at him. “You're beautiful when you blush, Jiminie..”

I turn an even deeper shade of red. “You're just saying that..”

“No, I'm not. But if you want me to, I can introduce you to him. I'm sure he'd love you.”
