A few hours had passed and you both still in the studio. "I think what you got here is great." Michael said encouragingly while you crumpled up the piece of paper. The lyrics that you'd just written weren't good enough in your eyes so you threw it way. "It sounds dumb, the chorus, the bridge, everything." You said as you sat back on the couch in defeat.

"It's really not that bad, maybe we can get back to it another day." He said. "I guess you're right ." You said as you grabbed your purse off of the table in front of you both. "I think I'm gonna stay behind and work on a few things." He said standing up guiding you to the door. "If you need anything just call me." He said with a soft smile while you just replied with a nod and waved goodbye. Finally, you opened the door and walked out. As you walked down the hall you saw his wife. Deanna Jackson.

You had to admit she was beautiful and maybe you were jealous, her and Michael looked Perfect together. As you walked past her you smelled her strong perfume, it smelt like a fresh rose. You smiled in her direction and she returned the favor with a nasty look. She cut her eyes at you and practically burst through the studio door.

As you sat in the chair thinking of song ideas, some for you and some for Alexandria. You heard the door slam against the wall. You turn your head to see your wife storming towards you. "Who was that?" She said angrily

"Alexandria? She's married and she's a singer." His wife stared at him with a blank expression. "Oh." She simply said. "Yea you have no right to burst in here and accuse me of cheating on you." He said before rolling his eyes.

"I'm sorry.. I'm gonna go." She said with a sorry expression. "I'm honestly getting tired of this Dee." You said. "Tired of what?" "You know I'm an artist, you know that I have work to do? And still you get jealous over nothing. He said shaking his head.

You drove through the gates surrounding your home finally, entering the garage. You parked the car and took your keys out of the ignition. With a sigh you collected your purse from the passenger seat and hopped out of the car almost slamming the door and walked in the house.

You kicked off your shoes and left them by the garage door and walked inside. You headed right up the stairs to take a shower. Then you heard the phone ring. You rolled your eyes and walked over to the telephone and picked it up. "Hello?" You said in annoyance. "Hey Alex." Your fiancé said in his familiar accent. "I just wanted to tell you that I'm on a flight back home."

"Oh okay." You said in an uninterested tone you didn't want him to come back. "Look I really wanted to make it up to you about the other night ." "Look, it's fine you don't have to." He staid quiet for a few moments before speaking again. "Look I'm gonna be home later just wait up for me okay?" "Alright." You replied before hanging up the phone.
