Paul's start to the day had been hectic, waking up at 5:30am to head to the airport at 6:00 am, his flight to Amsterdam was at 7:30. After landing in Amsterdam at 9:00 Paul had a three-hour and fourth-five minute layover until his flight at 12:45 which would be going to Los Angeles. Paul was tired but he was excited he couldn't wait to see Nova he hoped she would be excited to see him. Deciding to get food and hopefully waste some time before his flight was the best option, after eating Paul realised the tiredness was catching up to him he decided to head to the lounge where his gate was and decided he would hopefully catch up on some must needed sleep.
Paul was awoken by his alarm he set which was 30 minutes before his flight would board, so he made sure all his stuff was in his bag and made sure he had his boarding pass all ready to be scanned. Getting the plane Paul realised he had the window seat which would make this long journey that much better, as the doors to the plane closed he was also very surprised to see that he had the entire row to himself. The last time that happened was when him and Nova surprised the boys that travel day ingrained into his head as he had the best nap he had ever taken. Waking up in the arms of Nova was a dream come true and he could only wish it would happen again very soon.
The plane journey was as good as one could be he had gotten a three course meal in his travel a lovely chicken pasta, a snack that was a packet of crisps and finally a dessert which consisted of a sticky toffee pudding. The departure of the plane was quick and easy Paul getting off as one of the first few people, he was already in the luggged collection point by the time the flight attendants of the flight had walked past their bags already collected. His bags came relatively quickly so he made his way to the collection point his uber driver already waiting for him.
The drive to Novas house wasn't that long of a drive just a 30 minute drive, he sat in silence in his hands was Nova's letter folded up in a square as Paul's thumb rubbed against it hoping that Nova wouldn't reject what he had to offer. His nerves were starting to get the better than him as he felt himself began to sweat more than he was already, as his hands began shaking and his breathing started to become hurried as the car pulled up into Novas street.
