It was Christmas Eve today.

Tyrone was officially tired of chasing this blind alpha.

Steven had set up a little "play-date" with Tyrone today. There was a carriage coming into town and Steven had bought tickets for the two of them.

Here Tyrone was waiting on a sidewalk. Plaid jacket on and jeans that were damp at the ends from the snow.

Suddenly, he feels a tap on his shoulder. He turns around slowly, expecting it to be Steven— he was right. "Tyrone! I thought you'd get lost; I know you're not the best with directions..." Steven says. Tyrone rolls his eyes. Knowing what Steven said was a back-handed compliment. He wasn't stupid, or Naïve— unlike Steven.

"No, I made it. So when is this carriage supposed to get here? It's embarrassing waiting for it." Tyrone, being an insecure loser...was embarrassed waiting for a carriage. He felt as if she shouldn't have nice things waiting for him. He felt unworthy. He felt as if people would know it was his first time riding a carriage.

"Embarrassing? Please, Tyrone. The only embarrassing thing is the dirt on your face— How'd that even happen?! The dirt is covered with snow!!!", "don't worry about it..." Tyrone added.

Steven and Tyrone spot the carriage coming in the distance, they both prepared themselves for it. Awaiting for it expectedly, trying not to look like a bunch of losers.

The carriage pulls up, horses in the front. The horses in the front reminded Tyrone of John...AKA Horsey. He missed Horsey greatly...he can't believe he galloped off that cliff willingly all because he was yapping too much.

Someone opens the carriage door for them, the two of them get in. It was 12am. Midnight. Meaning, technically, it was Christmas morning. Tyrone yawned as soon as they sat down in the carriage, rubbing his eyes to get himself to stay awake.

Inside the carriage was nice. It was a velvety red carpet all over the place with windows outlined in gold. Tyrone had to admit, he felt like he stuck out; surrounded by beautiful things. Steven was drop-dead gorgeous...as usual. That silky brown hair being worn down while Tyrone always had his in a braid. Steven wore a wool, red, Christmas sweater and grey dress pants. When Tyrone first met Steven in the summer, Steven usually wore aprons, gloves, black sweater and a pair of brown pants. But now, he wore 'upper-class' items...it pissed Tyrone off a bit...he didn't appreciate change and the fact that it was mostly Steven's boyfriend, Markel, who was getting Steven all this nice glam. Maybe he should ask them if they want to have a threesome with him?

Tyrone was then snapped out of his trance by Steven's finger ever-so slightly touching Tyrone's. It was a small gesture, but Tyrone noticed and he looked over at Steven immediately.

Steven had that adorable smile on his face...that smile was infectious; it made Tyrone also smile back. Tyrone's smile was crooked. He was bullied for it when he was young. He didn't know why people always focused on him when it came to HIS imperfections...how come nobody else focused on other people's imperfections????? He was jealous of a lot of things.

"Soo...did your boyfriend pay for these tickets for us?" Tyrone asks, a grin on his face as he wiggles his eyebrows around.

Steven laughs, that laugh was nostalgic and it brought Tyrone back to the summer when they first met. "No! I payed for them. I had been wanting to go on this carriage ever since last Christmas, and had been saving for it ever since. I didn't want to bring Markel...I wanted to bring an old friend...y'know?"

Right...an old friend...nothing more...

Steven grabs Tyrone's hand, interlocking their fingers together. Tyrone wasn't gonna lie, he was surprised by Steven's actions, but who was he to turn down such a beautiful alpha?
