Thea pov
Two bottles of alcohol shattered on the floor while he was sitting on the cold floor with his back leaned back on the railing wall.
I straddle towards him silently with a heavy heart. I stood just infront of him with my fist closed tightly as his eyes opened.
My heart shudder seeing his cheeks stained with tears and his eyes bloodshot red. He didn't said anything but just stared at me with empty eyes.
"I'm sorry.." I wisper with pain...it was hurting me badly to see him in this condition... knowing I was the reason behind it..
He didn't said anything for few seconds before slowly getting up with his trembling steps, he held the railing for support as I took some steps towards him to give him support when he raised his palm infront of me.
Stopping me from going closer to him "I'm sorry uncle.... please forgive me..." I said in pleading tone but he shrugged harshly looking away.
"Just leave" I heard his deep hoarse voice, he was drunk and his emotions were taking best of him.
I couldn't leave him in this condition no matter what.... without thinking twice I hugged him from behind as I sobbed "Please..... forgive me just once uncle...I promise....I promise I'll never bother you again.....just this once....I promise I'll be obedient to you and never cross my limit.......I'll lea-"
I wasn't able to complete my sentence when he forcefully made me broke the hug and turned around, pulling me as close to him as possible making my heart beat faster again.
"Leave? Now you want to leave after nearly making me worried to death for you? Leave after saying that you love me? Leave after already lightening up the fire and leave me to burn alone ?"
I didn't said anything because I was terrified right now....he was not in his sense...his breathing was heavily and his jaw was cliched tightly that the venis on his neck and forehead was popping out making me shudder under his gaze.
"Listen to me little girl..and listen to me for good.... you're not leaving this mansion anytime soon not matter how much you want and I'll swear to god that if again you tried to skip your meals and harm yourself in any way then you'll see my worst side of me which you wouldn't like at all...." He groaned. I just looked down with my eyes tightly closed in nervousness.
"Open your eyes Thea...". I shook my head in denial, "N..no...you're scaring me..." I wisper.
I feel his body relaxing a little as he took a deep breath, his arms around me turned gentle as he tugged a strand of my hair behind my back making my eyes automatically flung open.
And by looking into his eyes at that movement I understood one thing.....my love for him wasn't one sided......we both were just holding back with everything we can to not to let something forbidden happen....to not to commit a sin which will make both of us suffer to our death..
"Don't do this Little one...it also hurts...." He said with a broken tone making my eyes more teary.
He slowly attached his forehead with mine, we both stood in each other embrace there under the night sky. The stars were the witness of our forbidden love..
"I'm sorry...." I said again, this time more softly. "My emotions were taking best of me that time....I'm sorry for crossing my limit..." His hold around me tighten hearing my words.
"Do you meant what you said to me?". He asked, his voice calm like a deep sea.
"I mean every word I said". I replied without hesitation because no matter how much I try to hide my feelings...it's going to be on full display in my eyes... because every time I look at him my eyes automatically start adoring every single inch of his face....
"You know it's wrong on so many levels Thea? first falling for me...your own uncle who is married..and second forcing me to do something which we both might regret.."
My eyes widened hearing him, I frowned not understanding "forcing?..." I didn't get any reply but rather I was picked up in his arms suddenly.
"Uncle?" I said, shocked to my core. He looked deep into my eyes with some kind of determination which was scaring me.
"Do you want to commit a sin Thea? A sin of loving a married man who is forbidden for you?"
A shiver ran down my spine realising the meaning behind his words.....no words came out of my mouth as I just stared into his eyes.
"Yes...." That one word slipped my mouth without realising not knowing that, that one "Yes" is going to change my whole life now....for better or for worse...I don't know.....
"Then let's commit a sin of loving eachother...away from this world's eyes...for as long as we can..."
