After a few days.
It was around 8 in the morning when jungkook finished his morning routine of showering and brushing his teeth. He fit himself in a comfortable white shirt and black joggers before walking downstairs to see Miss Yoo-ri cooking breakfast for them.
"Good morning aunty," Jungkook greeted the woman who smiled back at him.
"Good morning, Jungkook." She wished him, "Jimin hasn't woken up yet. Do you want to wait for him and eat together? Breakfast will take some time,"
"It's completely okay, I'll just go and watch something." Jungkook informed, reciving a brief nod from the woman before he promptly walked towards the hall. He sat on s couch, resting his right arm on the headrest and switching on the telivision.
After a few minutes, he heard Jimin jumping down the stairs and singing a song. When Jungkook looked back, the teenager gasped and straight ran towards the older with a smiling face. Jungkook is usually at workplace in the early morning so Jimin was surprised to see his brother at home, sitting by the couch and smiling at him.
"Hyung! What are you doing here? I thought you were already gone at work." Jimin said, placing himself comfortably in Jungkook's embrace and the older wrapped his right arm that was rested on headrest, around Jimin's figure pulling him closer.
Jungkook felt all of his sorrows wind away, just with a mare glance of his younger brother. All he wants to do is keep Jimin safe in his arms and never let him get hurt by the evils outside the door. However, he knew that was impossible that's why Jungkook has thought to start teaching Jimin about guns and how they are used.
He knew Jimin was too young to hold a gun, but he couldn't help himself after that Mr Yang incident. Jimin was too much into Marvel movies and was used to the gunshots, so he thinks the result will be normal as well. He just gets the vibe from Jimin; strong, fiery, independent and someone who could knock down anyone in single punch.
He hopes Jimin becomes a strong, smart and powerful person who could protect himself.
"I took a leave because I wanna spend time with you." Jungkook smiled before kissing Jimin on the head. "You're busy with school, I'm busy with work, so I thought I'll take a leave and spend time with you. A boy's day out, don't you think?"
"Whoa!" Jimin exclaimed, excitement radiating off him. "I'm so happy! What will we do today?"
"You say," Jungkook ruffled Jimin's hair, noticing the younger's pupils shining and he's not regretting anything at this moment. "We will do anything you want to do."
"Then..." Jimin hummed as he thought, "I wanna go to arcade, eat street food, go to shopping and then eat icecream!" He said while giggling.
"You already had it all planned?" Jungkook asked with a unamused grin on his face, as he observed the glow on Jimin's face. "That's great, let's go and eat breakfast before we go to arcade!"
