Toshinori wasn't going to deny that he was worried about Alma. But he was a tad bit glad that it was Endeavor who she choose to intern with rather than the other hero Alma mentioned.

"Sir Nighteye requested for me..."

Toshinori choked on his own spit, not believing the words that came out of her mouth

Toshinori choked on his own spit, not believing the words that came out of her mouth. Sir Nighteye was his sidekick back then, so Alma knew of the man and vice versa. It was strange since Sir Nighteye didn't like Alma's flirty personality and constantly criticized her way of life. Especially since the man admired him as the Symbol of Piece, Alma was expected to follow the same example as him. But Toshinori knew otherwise--

"S-So...?" Toshinori pauses, trying to recover from his shock, "A-Are you planning on accepting...?"

Alma peers over at her father's worried eyes, knowing fully well about her father's and Sir Nighteye's rather rocky relationship.

"I wasn't planning on accepting," She pauses midway through eating the fried rice she made for dinner, "...I just felt the urge to let you know..."

Toshinori nods, still not processing Alma's words. Sir Nighteye requested an internship. It didn't make any sense at all. Unless the man had a change of heart over the years? Or maybe he wanted to discipline Alma under his wing?

Toshinori hoped that wasn't the case.

   "RISE AND SHINE YA BRATS!!"
Both Shoto and Alma stare groggily at the excited sidekick of the No.2 hero...Alma recognized her from yesterday, her iconic flaring hair standing out from the rest of the sidekicks.
"Good morning to you too Burnin~"
The older woman laughs at Alma's sarcastic remark, the grin on her face never leaving her face.
"HAHA!! AREN'T YOU A LOVELY ONE, WALKER!!!"
Alma smirks at this, somewhat amuse by her explosive personality...at least she wasn't uptight like a certain flame hero---
"Where's my father?" Shoto interrupts, walking up beside Alma as he looks over to where the sidekick stood. The older woman grins at this, swishing her hips to the side before jabbing a thumb behind her. Alma peers over to see two large doors.
"Endeavor is waiting at his office..."
And as told by the sidekick, the two walk towards the wooden doors of Endeavor's office. Alma whistles at the sight of the office inside, admiring the chandelier that hung in the middle where below were delicate-looking sofas. To the side of the office, Alma was able to notice the view of the city where she stood...it was such a beautiful sight indeed.
Further down, the two were greeted by a glaring man, well...he was mostly glaring at Alma.
"My aren't you handsome this morning~" Alma purrs, irking the man while Shoto stood there with a blank face.
"Watch it," He growls, maintaining his glare at Blondie while she flashes him a wink. Oh how he wanted to strangle this girl---
Shoto sweats as he peers over at his father's and classmate's interaction, '????' Shoto frowns in confusion, 'But I thought Alma was lovers with Aizawa---'
Endeavor lets out an airy sigh through his nose, already feeling a throbbing headache, "I would like to discuss some important matters with you,"
Alma irks a brow at this while Shoto's eyes glint at his father's words.
Endeavor turns to his son, a serious look overcoming his usual irked face; "Shoto...I want you to help my sidekicks with their morning patrol..."
In other words...those said matters had to be discussed in private. Though as much Shoto was curious, the way the mood in the room tensed threw him off...making it hard for him to deny. And so, taking one last glance at Alma's unreadable eyes...Shoto left the office as told.
Alma faced Endeavor once more, her smirk long gone from her face. Endeavor says nothing, now standing from his desk and walking over towards the open view of his office. He watched the busy below him, his gaze catching onto his son and sidekicks exiting the building to pursue said patrol.
Alma continued to stand near his desk, still waiting for Endeavor's discussion. She wondered what he wanted to talk about...just what was so important? As if reading her thoughts, Endeavor finally spoke out his thoughts.
"I wanted to discuss your quirk..."
The flame hero pauses, still keeping his gaze on his son's retreating silhouette. On the other hand, Alma raises a brow. Talk about her quirk? If that was the case then why didn't he speak of it when Shoto was here? Unless there was something more...
As if reading her thoughts, Endeavor continues; "...I also wanted to discuss about your father..."
It didn't catch Alma by surprise, actually, she was expecting this. Why else would the No #2 hero intern with his rival's daughter, the No #1 Hero? Even so, she didn't question the man's intentions...rather...she was intrigued by what he might say.
"If you want to know my Dad's weakness, he can't stand jalapeños ---"
"---That's not the point here!"
Alma perks at this, letting out an 'Oya' as she slowly approaches him from where he stands near the window. She watches him, noting that his gaze focused solely on his son from afar. She chooses to say nothing, waiting for him to continue.
"Your Father never once mentioned about his lover but it wasn't hard to figure it out once I saw you..." Alma glances up at Endeavor, now locking with his very own turquoise eyes that peer down at her.
