Jiya didn't say anything so he thought that it was her no. he kissed her forehead and turned around to hide his tears from her. Jiya stepped forward but she slipped and her ankle twisted badly and grabbed his t-shirt to hold something. In this whole process, his shirt ripped with a sound.
He turned back and grabbed her in his arms seeing her pain. He made her sit on the couch and knelt touching her feet but she winched and took her leg back, "It's okay." He consulted.
She cried in pain when he touched her feet, "No, don't. It hurts"
He took a cloth and gave it to her. She frowned and said, "What is this?"
"Keep it in your mouth. I'll treat you" Her eyes widen in fear. "No, you will not do anything" He looked at her and said, "Believe me, Jiya, I'll not let anything happen to you"

"Idiot, you fucking idiot." She cried in pain. Aha, he messed up and her pain doubled as he twisted it wrongly.
He lowered his head and mumbled innocently, "Sorry"
She glared at him through her sobs and said, "You!! I just want to go back to my room." He stepped forward and picked her in his arms.
"Ahh," she winched and said, "What are you doing, Dhruv? Keep me down"
He didn't listen to her and stepped forward. He was going to her room from the hallway and his gaze fell on three brothers sleeping on the sofa. He chuckled and said, "They look good there"
Jiya glared at him. He looked forward and said, "Sorry"
He reached into her room and placed her on her bed, "Good night"
She nodded and lay on the bed. He covered her with a blanket and went to the kitchen and took ice cubes with him. he treated her ankle and she just looked at him caring for her.
He went back to his room not before kissing her forehead.
