Chapter 3

He said he likes my laugh the last time someone's said anything about my laugh it was my dad saying he missed it at the Christmas party last year I pulled him over to the beer pong table "okay so I don't think I have to explain just try to win" I tell him "oh umm yeah isn't that kinda the point" he says I look at him "yeah sorry didn't know you were a beer pong expert " I say laughing as I throw the ping pong into the cup making it "yes in your face Robbie" I say drinking my mysterious drink i made a sour face "tequila " i say putting my cup down and giving the ping pong to Ryan "your turn" i say "yeah"he says trying to make it but failing miserably "Ohh here watch it's all in the aim" I say taking his hand to show him how to aim and he did perfectly "drink up" I say handing him his cup judging by his not sour face its just apple juice "what is it apple juice" i ask he nods "lucky bastard and here I am having to drink straight tequila " i say giggling we play a couple of more rounds "one more shot Fares make it count" Robbie says I have the last ping pong this could make or break our win we're currently tied I just need this point and we win I aim carefully while Jj shuts everyone up and i make it "yesssss suck it hamlet "I say picking up the cup of liquid "for you" i say handing it to Ryan "for me " he says he's only had apple juice the entire time judging by his face it was tequila in the cup "haha I'm gonna get you so drunk Rothwell " I say as I grab his hand and drag him to the kitchen "okay so I call this the Fares special it's just tequila and cod red with a little bit of lime but we don't have limes so we're using sprite" i say handing him my drink concoction "it's good I promise" I say he looks at me and takes the cup and drinks it he has a very surprising look on his face "mmm that's really good I don't usually drink tequila but it's really good" he says drinking more "more please " he says giving me the cup "sure" i say making him more and drinking some more myself 
"It's good right " I say he nods as he chugs the drunk I giggle "oh heyy lydia did you ever find your plus one or are you gonna have to tell them the truth " a very very drunk aurora says slurring words as a very sober and mad russ drags her up stairs "come on your too drunk " he says dragging her up "plus one for what and who are you lying too" Ryan says looking at me curiously I sighed hoping he wasn't gonna ask that "oh umm my cousins wedding is in two weeks and I my family thinks I have this mysterious boyfriend and are expecting me to bring him to the wedding and I don't actually have a boyfriend but if I try to tell them that they'll only say I'm lying to get out of the wedding and my uncle also wants to meet this guy but the truth is there is no guy but they won't shut up about my cousin to hear the  truth it's always your cousin this your cousin that and honestly I would much rather live with my uncle mad have my cousin live with my parents it's  like we switched roles completely my uncle her dad is like the only dad I've ever known and my parents well they adore my cousin " I say Ryan's Just standing there listening "so I'm not just talking to Todd Fares's niece but also his not real but his daughter cuz what you just said is he's more like a dad to you" than asks i Scoffed "is that seriously all you got out of that" I say Ryan nods
