Finally, they made their way to the main big city. They storm past most of the illuminated buildings, until they finally reached the hotel they had tried to book in earlier.

Huffing and puffing, the two make their way to the front desk, yet again.

Marco hands the money to Andez, instead, making him pay.

With a limp, Andez holds on to the front desk.

"One- " wheeze. "Room..!"

He slams the money on the front desk.
A different woman begins to count.

"Hm. 100, 200... 900.. 1000.."

For the next minute, the woman mutters each number to herself. Marco taps his fingers on the desk impatiently.

"10,000. You're good to go."

She stamps a card, and hands the two a key.

"Enjoy your stay."

The two grin with satisfaction.

---------------------------------------

Upon arriving at their hotel, they instantly take a seat on the sofa to relax, the red light of the room contrasting with the silky white couch.

"Thank god. Thought we'd never get a stay here."

Marco mutters, pouring himself a drink.

Andez groans.

"It is slightly boring. I mean, there's nothing to do and the couch smells like linen. It Just feels, well, underwhelming now that we're finally here."

He adds, prodding at the material of the sofa.

It was true, that the place felt less exciting now that they had achieved what they were waiting for.
The room did though, have a smell of rose, which Marco found quite nice.

"Reminds me of my mother." He blurts out loud.

"What?" Andes replies in confusion. "What does?"

"Y'know, the smell of roses."

Intrigued, Andez takes a long smell of the room, sitting up.

"Huh.. it does smell nice."

They stay silent a moment.

"Yo, do they have room service?" Asks Marco, looking around for a telephone or button of some sort.

"This?"

Andez hands over a menu to Marco.

"Yeah, but where do we contact them?"

"Maybe try that very not inconspicuous red button on that wall that definitely doesn't say staff."

He looks over.

"Oh, thanks Andy."

"Andez."

"Whatever, man."

Marco yawns, stretching, before getting up from the couch and walking across the marble floor to the button.

"How many times do I press it?"

"I dunno." Replies Andez, flicking through the food options on the menu.

Shrugging, Marco presses his finger onto the button, leaving it on as it makes a 'buzz' noise.
About a minute passes and he still has his finger on the button. Andez gets up, pulling Marcos finger off of the button.

"That's enough, Jeez, I think they get the idea."

About a second later, the Room service arrives, opening the door.
His eyes scan Marco and Andez.

"Ah. What did you order?" Replies the young man waiting patiently for an answer.

Pause.

"Er.. Marco, you answer,"

"I didn't even check the bloody menu, you answer!"

"Okay.." He flicks through the menu, squinting his eyes and reading the options.

The Man at the door just looked quite exhausted from the wait, clicking his heels as he fumbled with his tie, waiting.

"Steak.. er.. no, no steak.. Oh. I'll get lasagna."

"Ah, and the Other man?" He gestures to Marco.

Marco yanks the menu from Andez, having a look himself as he scrutinised the options.

"....."

"Hmm... can I get a uhhh.." He pauses. "An uhm, er.. can I get a uhhh.. uhhh. Uhhhrrr.. hmm."

"Oh my days just pick already," Andez taps his foot impatiently.

"Alright! Geez!" He mutters. "A pizza."

"That's a 16 inch pizza! You can't eat that on your own you idiot!" Andez scoffs.

"I can eat what I want thank you!"

The room service employee now looked even more awkward by the argument. However, they eventually decide.

"Fine then, Arseface. I'll get a shrimp Alfredo."

"And drinks?" Asks the man.

"I'll get a water." Andez adds, before turning to Marco. "I can't be bothered to have you take three million more years deciding, so you can just have a water too."

"Whatever."

The man at the door makes sure to note the orders down.

"And couples get half price."

Marco looks at Andez. Andez looks back, giving him a scowl, as if to say: 'Don't even try it.'

"Yes, we're actually married." Replies Marco, holding Andez's hand. "This is our honeymoon."

"No it isn't!" Andez hisses to Marco through gritted teeth.

The Room service employee nods, with a smile.

"Congratulations. You make a great couple! Your food will be here shortly."

Slam.

As soon as the door shuts, Andez turns to Marco with a frown.

"Why did you say that??? We're not gay, Marco!"

"Yeah but 50% off is 50% off. Plus, they'll never know if we're married or not, will they?"

"Whatever.."

Andez groans, before slumping back down on the Sofa, and waiting.
