An Alpha Amongst T-dolls

Chapter 3: New T-doll.... Or Not

As Alpha was laid down on the metal surface, feeling the vibration of what she now believes is a flying vehicle of some kind.

As conciseness slowly returned to Alpha, she heard voices around her talking, as she slowly opened her eyes, and stared at a metal roof and heard the voices more clearly. She then closes her eyes feeling a headache come about.

AR-15 "we should check her for any identification"

M16 "I'll check her pockets"

M16 got right next to Alpha and started to go through her pockets

M16 "what's this?" She pulled out a keychain with a little frog accessory

Sopmod "oh that's cute"

M16 "yeah hold these for a sec" she said giving sopmod the keychain

M16 continued to search through Alphas pockets and found 4 dog tags

M16 "here we go" she said as she started to examine the dog tags

M16 "Well damn which of these is her?" She said looking at the the different dog tags

Alpha growns and raises her hand to her head. "Why is it so loud in here, turn it off." She said while sitting up.

M16 "hey you alright? You look pretty banged up"

Alpha "I'll be fine." She looks at M16 "why do you have my dog tags." A hint of irritation could be heard in her voice.

M16 gave them back "sorry we just wanted to identify you, oh sopmod keys"

Sopmod "here you go" she said giving the keys back to M16 who gave it back to Alpha

Alpha takes them back without a word.

Alpha "Where am I?"

M16 "eh somewhere near Storozhynets in Ukraine" she said getting back in her seat

Alpha "Using old world words? Why not say it's in, city whatevers, like you Babylonia's normally do."

AR-15 "what are you talking about? We're from Griffin & Kryuger" she asked confused

Alpha looked at them surprised, but then she noticed their weapons. She then looked outside the helicopter.

Alpha "How high up are we?"

M4 "5791 meters why?"

Alpha "survivable." She said as she stood up.

M16 "oh no you don't that's a very dumb idea" she said grabbing Alpha by the right arm

Alpha "I wasn't planning on jumping.... Yet." she said as she looked back at M16 with a smirk on her face.

M4 "listen you wouldn't last long stranded in the Ukrainian wilderness and you might run into hostiles"

Alpha "You picked me up in the middle of an explosion. I think a small drop from this Height wouldn't kill me, and besides." She taps her two katanas on the small of her back. "These have never let me down."

MG 42 "hey look there's the base!" She said pointing to the G&K base not that far away

AR-15 "are you still going to jump? Where near the base we can probably fix any damages you have"

Alpha "do you see any damage on me?" She shrugged out of M16's grasp and turned to face AR-15 and crossed her arms.

Sopmod looked closely "she's right she doesn't have any scratches on her anymore!" She said pointing at Alpha's midriff

Alpha looked down to where Sopmod was pointing and then looked back at AR 15. "I won't jump till we are over the base. Happy?"

M16 "just stay with us so at least we can have the commander look at you"

Alpha "I don't need another commandant to look at me." She snapped at M16.

M4 "our commander is really nice I'm sure she won't do anything bad to you I promise" she said smiling

Alpha stared at M4 for a moment. Just then the pilot called out that they were descending, and Alpha jumped out of the helicopter.

M16 "she's a stubborn one"

Sopmod "she seems fun"

MG 42 "I can't believe she jumped!"

AR-15 "and at 1524 meters"

M4 "I hope she's alright"

As Alpha was falling, her left eye turned pitch black with a blue pupil, then blue fire started coming out of that eye, as she used some of the punishing virus to cushion her fall and destroyed part of the landing pad for the helicopter. Her eye then turned back to normal and the punishing virus that was released, retreated back into her left arm.

Commander "Jesus Christ!" She yelled because she was standing by the landing pad waiting for AR teams arrival

Alpha crossed her arms, unimpressed by their commander. "You are the commandant of this base?"

The commander got her composer back "yes I am and you are?" She asked

Alpha "Alpha." She states.

Commander "okay Alpha I'm the commander of this base" she said extending her right hands

Alpha stares at the commander in the eyes, narrowing her own. "What makes you think you have the right to shake an ascendant's hand so casually?"

Commander "Ascendant? Are you like some special T-doll?"

Alpha "What is a T-doll? I am a construct made to fight the Punishing Virus, or at least I was."

The Commander looked a bit confused but she looked up and then back at Alpha "okay we will sort this out later right now can you get off the landing pad? the helicopter still needs to land" she said referring to the black Hawk still hovering in the sky

Alpha looked up seeing the helicopter then back down and walked off the landing pad.
