Episode 3: The Relay in Reverse

The episode opens in the Main Lodge. DJ is eating next to Jo and Priya.

Priya: So, what do you guys think the next challenge will be?

DJ: No clue. Just hope it doesn't involve any pain this time...

Jo: Ha! You're expecting Chris not to torture us?

DJ thinks for a moment.

DJ: Good point.

{{SCENE CHANGE}}

Shawn, Jasmine, and Brick are all talking strategy together inside the cabin. Suddenly, Jasmine hears something and looks outside the cabin. She sees Amy and Samey arguing.

Amy: Whatever this next challenge is, stay out of my way, got it!

Samey: I didn't even do anything to you last time!

Amy: (Scoffs) Just go away and let me win this!

Amy stomps off and Jasmine, Shawn, and Brick come up to her.

Jasmine: You still let her talk to you like that?

Brick: I've seen siblings but they aren't usually this angry with each other.

Samey: I doubt she's ever going to change.

Jasmine: If you'd like, the two of you could stick with us for whatever the next challenge is! I'll make sure she leaves you be.

Samey: Really? You'd do that for me?

Jasmine: Of course! Anything for a friend.

{{CONFESSIONAL START}}

Samey: Amy hasn't really stopped messing with me. And after we both got booted last time, she hasn't exactly been very forgiving. I'm glad I can rely on Jasmine to help me out with her though.

{{CONFESSIONAL END}}

Chris is in front of the cabins with the campers.

Chris: Alrighty campers! Today it's time for your 3rd challenge of this season, The Reverse Race! Each team will run in an obstacle course against the other teams. There will be 6 total rounds. Every round will have 2 campers from each team racing. 1 person will have to run the course backwards. The 2nd person will have to yell directions to their teammate. Your team will receive points depending on what position your team comes in each round. The 2 teams with the lowest amount of points after all 6 rounds, will be sending someone home!

Cameron raises his hand.

Cameron: Hold on, there are 6 rounds and each round needs 2 people to complete it. Our team only has 11 people, what do we do for the last round?

Chris: Guess 1 person will have to do the race on their own! (Chuckles)

Noah: (Sarcastically) Great.

Chris points to the obstacle course.

Chris: The 1st section of the obstacle course is a race through some slippery grease splashed into different spots! The 2nd section is sneaking through the sleeping lions! And the 3rd section is walking on a balance beam without falling into the pit of mud! Everyone pair up!
