Chapter 9 a well deserved vacation

(vaggie arrives at carmines manor)

Guard:can I help you?

Vaggie:yes I'm here to speak with Ms. Carmine

Guard:and who are you?

(Carmilla opens the door)

Carmilla:vaggie, it's nice to see you again, what brings you here?

Vaggie:I just need a minute of your time if possible

Carmilla:come in

(She leads vaggie upstairs and over to her office)

Carmilla:have a seat

(Vaggie sits down)

Carmilla:so what's going on?

Vaggie:I don't know if you've heard but Lucifer has declared war with heaven

Carmilla:really?!? (her eyes widen a bit)

Vaggie:yes and we don't know when they will strike so we need to be prepared, I know you've already done so much for us but, we need your help again, allot more than before

(Carmilla gets up and starts pacing)

Carmilla:with a threat at this magnitude you'll need more than my help alone

Vaggie:we have support from Rosie aswell

Carmilla:I'll hold a meeting with the other overlords to see if I can get them on board

Vaggie: really, you would do that?(She said in a hopeful tone)

Carmilla:why not? You stood your ground last time, but there are three overlords I doubt would help

Vaggie:the vees

Carmilla:that would probably be for the best though, they're nothing but a group of hotheads anyway, I'll give you the word after the meeting

Vaggie:thank you Ms carmine

Carmilla:please call me carmilla

Vaggie:I'll see you later carmilla

(Vaggie leaves the manor and starts making her way back to the hotel)

(Meanwhile at the hotel)

Lucifer:hey Charlie, can I talk to you for a moment

Charlie:yeah what's going on?

Lucifer:so I'm going to be holding a meeting with the seven sins to see if they will back us up when shit hits the fan

Alastor:so is that what we're going to do just wait for heaven to pull the first punch?

Lucifer:no, I have a plan I'm thinking we strike on extermination day, we can set a trap, and when the time is right we go after Michael

Husk:and how will we do that? I doubt he'll be there on extermination day

Lucifer:that's why we get the overlords and the sins involved, they can handle the extermination assault while a small group of us goes to heaven and storms the palace

Angel:ya think a place like that would be defended right?

Lucifer:sure but it's nothing I can't handle, I used to live there after all

Emily:even if that's the case it will still be dangerous, you guys are going to need as much help as possible up there, so I'll fight alongside you

Baxter:do you even know how to fight seraphim?

Emily:no, but I will learn!

Charlie:I can talk to vaggie about training you, she's a great fighter

Emily:that sounds great!
