"Yeah... Mom, yes, I get it... wait, don't double my tr—!" Y/N's words were abruptly cut off as the call ended, leaving him staring at his phone in frustration. His message was left on read, and he could already feel his anxiety creeping up.

NERVOUSNESS

"Great," he muttered under his breath, shoving his phone back into his pocket. He quickened his pace, heading toward a tunnel that led in the direction of his house. As he walked, the familiar weight of his nervousness settled in, making his footsteps feel heavier.

Just as he crossed into the tunnel, he heard a strange gurgling sound beneath him. His instincts kicked in, and he quickly stepped aside as a sluggish, foul-smelling creature oozed out from the drain below.

"Talking about another green monster..." Y/N quipped under his breath, referring to his mother's notorious temper, as the sludge villain slithered toward him. The creature lunged at him, attempting to tackle him, but was immediately stopped by an invisible barrier Y/N had created in front of himself.

"It won't be that easy, Shrek cum monster," he said dryly, lifting his hand slightly, using his psychokinesis to restrain the creature in mid-air. The sludge villain struggled violently, but Y/N's grip was far too strong.

"You brat! I'll take over your body the moment I break out of this grip!" the sludge villain roared, its voice bubbling with anger and frustration. But Y/N looked unimpressed.

"Wonder how long it'll take for you to give up," he murmured, his tone flat. He began to toy with the villain, manipulating the sludge like clay. He reshaped the villain into a series of silly, abstract forms—an elephant, a bird, a fish—while the villain let out muffled growls, unable to retaliate.

Y/N's moment of playfulness was interrupted when he noticed the sewer grate burst open, revealing a familiar figure with spiky blonde hair rising from the opening. He stretched the sludge villain, sighing as he glanced at the newcomer.

"Do your thing, Uncle," Y/N called out casually, recognizing the man instantly.

In a flash, the towering figure of All Might appeared, his muscular frame looming over the scene. "TEXAS SMASH!!" All Might yelled, throwing a powerful punch into the air. A tremendous gust of wind followed, smashing into the sludge villain with the force of a hurricane, scattering its remains.

Before the sludge could escape, Y/N quickly caught the scattered remains with his psychokinesis, gathering them into a neat pile and dumping them into an empty bottle All Might had prepared in advance.

"Young L/N! I'm grateful for your help!" All Might boomed, his signature smile bright and full of energy. "Thank you for making time for the heroes!" All Might exclaimed loudly.

Y/N let out a soft hum before raising his hand, giving All Might a casual thumbs up. "It's no problem, Uncle. You've helped me enough with training when Mom's not around anyway." His tone was light, but he couldn't help the nervous sigh that escaped his lips. "Just, uh... don't tell Mom about this, okay? She'll get all worked up, worried sick, and... well, you know how she is. She'll cause a scene, and neither of us wants to deal with that."

All Might's usual confident smile didn't falter, but a bead of sweat rolled down his forehead. He knew better than anyone the wrath of Tatsumaki when it came to her son, and even the mighty symbol of peace wasn't keen on facing her anger. "O-Of course, Young L/N!" he stammered, keeping up his heroic demeanor but clearly unnerved. "I won't say a word! I should be going now!" he added quickly, giving Y/N a final enthusiastic wave.

Y/N watched as All Might launched himself into the sky, the powerful gust of wind from his takeoff ruffling the young esper's hair. "Huh... wonder how that bottle's gonna hold up in those small pockets of his... Eh, I'm probably overthinking it," he murmured, shaking his head slightly as he turned to continue his walk home.
