But did you know Damon Salvatore had a daughter in 1864?
Aria Salvatore was only thirteen years old when her dad died.
Aria was in her room when she heard gunshots and being the curious little girl she was she snuck out the window to see what the noise was.
Only when she did she wished she hadn't.
She found her dead dad's body.
And not only that but she found her uncle's as well.
And when she went t to tell her grandpa what happened she found him dead on the ground.
Having nowhere else to go Aria ran away rom home.
Where she ends up in New Orleans where she meets original hybrid Niklaus Mikaelson.
Who instantly takes her in and raises her as his own.
And from that day forward she was no longer known as Aria Salvatore.
She was Aria Mikaelson.
