And they were the spitting image of Katherine Pierce also known as Katerina Petrova their ancestor. 
They learn that they're not ordinary as they thought that their doppelgängers. 
But not just any doppelgängers. 
Doppelgänger twins.
Which was rare for over a thousand years. 
And when Klaus Mikaelson comes into town the two sisters learn more about their fate. 
One was cursed to die and the other. 
Was cursed to love a Mikaelson. 
That be Brayden Gilbert. 
No matter how much Brayden wanted to fight her destiny she couldn't. 
Through all the heartaches and the trauma there was no escaping it. 
Because through it all she still loved him through everything and that was her curse.
