Flashback

The male elf ran as he heard the sounds of a dragon roaring in the distance. The noise made him run even faster as he sped through the forest with a tiny infant in his arms. The little baby was the last hope he had, and he needed to make sure she was safe. He continued running until he found a secluded area in a forest high upon a hill. It was a Solar Eclipse and there was a river gushing nearby. The stars shone in the sky even though it was the day. All of the primal sources were present. It was time.

The man set the young elf down, and the baby started to cry as it reached out to the male.

"Shhhhhh, please don't cry little one. I promise that we will see each other again." The man whispered trying to calm the baby down. The baby only cried more. The man bit back his own tears as he clasped his hand together and started chanting a spell, his eyes glowing. The baby began to fall into a deep slumber and he encased her in a magical basket made of branches and leaves.

"I'm so sorry, my sister. I promise that we will see each other again, and that I will make the world a safer place for you."

The spell would keep the baby sleeping, but healthy and well. He hoped that he would be able to come and see her again as if no time had passed when the war was over. Unfortunately the time never came and the baby was sleeping for years to come.

Present

The Dragon Queen flew around the Storm Spire, stretching her wings and getting some well needed exercise. Her baby was only weeks away, and she needed to prepare for it. As she flew over the peaceful forest near the Storm Spire, she heard the sound of crying pierce through the air. She immediately followed the noise to where a baby was wrapped in a blanket in a basket made of branches and leaves. At first Zubeia thought that it was a human. But, upon further inspection she saw that it was an elf. And a very unique one at that. The young elf had silver white hair that had dark blue and purple sparkles covering it. She had tiny wings that had an ombré effect of white to dark purple-ish red that had glowing pale pink stars all over it. Her small horns were dark -almost blue- green with light blue undertones. Her skin was pale blue to midnight blue that was also covered in stars except they were glowing white, and she had a small glowing white-ish purple star on her chest. Her eyes were the most amazing though. They didn't seem to have one color. They were red, blue, purple, green, and pink wherever the light hit them. Her big and round eyes were set on a small chubby face that had small freckle like stars and 3 diamond shaped stars under her eyes.

At first thought Zubeia thought that she was a Star Touch elf because of her markings, but she had never seen a Star Touch elf with wings and such unusual colors. She knew for sure that she was an elf because of her horns and ears, but she wasn't sure what to do. So she decided to do the first thing that came to her mind. She tried to take the baby home.

She gently walked over to the baby and lowered her snout to nuzzle the infant. The baby stopped crying and looked up at her with big and round multicolored eyes. The young elf then started to softly pet Zubeia, and the baby laughed as she tried to climb on her snout. Zubeia softly chuckled at the adorable baby and carefully took the baby's basket in her mouth. She spread her wings and she was off, soaring through the sky. The baby laughed as she felt the air breeze through her tiny wings. Zubeia quickly flew over to the Storm Spire and settled down.

"Ibis!" She roared, as she quickly put the basket with the baby down under her wing. Ibis came running over and bowed as he struggled to catch his breath.

"Yes, your majesty," He said panting, as he got up from his bow.

"I found a baby, that was abandoned," Zubeia started "She had tiny wings, pointy ears, and two horns. She also had the markings of a Star Touch elf on her. However, I have never seen such and elf with such precise colors before. Do you know what elf she is?" She quickly moved her wings to show a tiny infant that was trying to grab Zubeia's wing. Ibis walked over to the baby and looked at her. She was adorable, he would admit, but he too had never seen such an elf in his life.
