Anna positioned herself properly in her seat before , another woman walked in placing papers on the table "alright well at most I wanna say express again. Jodie you're absolutely beautiful" Anna pointed with a smile glancing in my direction.

"Yeah thank you"

Anna hummed and nodded "Yes—okay well Jude your name has been under a few pits of the fire as of recently. As your team back in London requested us that to disperse this fire being in a fake relationship for the media would calm all of this down" Anna stated causing my eyes to widen.

Fake relationship? What?

Blinking a couple of times my eyebrows furrowed "Wait wait what?"

Anna chuckled "Yes a fake relationship. No worries here this would only last around six months and of course you will be getting paid"

Shaking my head I refused to let the words of a fake relationship pass my head because now this was something I was not expecting , this very much was deep in my books as of now.

"I cannot fake a relationship for six months much less keep one"

Jude lowly chuckled at my response , causing me to send him a death glare in his direction to what was even funny to him. This situation wasn't funny at all from here onwards.

"Fuck is funny?" I asked Jude with my eyebrows raised.

Jude shrugged "how you cannot fake a relationship but much less keep one. I mean you have been in the business for sometime you should know how to f-"

Rolling my eyes I shook my head "Oh you sure are the one to talk. It's like your experienced field , I'm sorry you can mess around with bitches and not develop feelings. But being in a fake relationship doesn't cancel out feelings just like that and that's where it can go fucked if you're in a fake relationship Bellingham" I hissed

I was becoming unsettled and annoyed with this situation and Jude already , I couldn't recall our interaction from last night but fuck he could be a little bitch that is wanting to get under my skin.

"But isn't that the entire point last for six months without gaining any feelings...There's nothing I would be doing to make you have feelings for me anyways" Jude coolly said shrugging.

Sucking my teeth I shifted my attention back onto Anna "I don't like the idea of this"

Anna exhaled sharply pressing her lips together as her nails tapped against the glass table "hmm it's only six months Jodie but that will fly within quick speed—you know what I don't want to force you into anything but reason why I picked you is because you're perfect for him" Anna stated

What was this a fucking matchmaking service. I clicked my tongue shaking my head in contempt to all of this mess now placed in front of me.

"I'm sure there's other candidates"

Anna twisted her lips together shaking her head in a response of no "Unfortunately there's none. Most of the time you both won't be seen together just when paparazzis are most likely to be there. Just put up a few good shows for pictures at different locations when you both arrive back in London and go your separate ways in private" Anna explained.

Heaving in a deep sigh I held my head down running my fingers through my hair.

"Anna this is a waste of time I'm sure you can find someone else who's more willing to at least clear my name from all of this fire , if the PR team cannot help" Jude groaned

Anna chuckled shaking her head "The PR team will obviously be of help Jude but they need something to back up that's why I'm recommending you and Jodie for a fake relationship"

Jude sucked his teeth "I don't think she's up for it" he muttered

I lifted my head and pulled the papers towards me coming with my final decision "I'll be up for it what's the payment monthly? weekly?"

Anna eyes widened in surprise to my answer. Yes even I'm surprised with myself but honestly it was just six months. I wasn't gonna see him other than be seen with him when paparazzis were around , however though I needed more information on this so I could know how to navigate it through.

Anna corners of her mouth lifted into a smile "monthly. It's a hundred thousand pounds. If you read the terms and condition in these papers here and we will proceed with more"
