Brooklyn's friends invited her to a hockey game, specifically the Ghosts. The arena was buzzing with excitement and laughter. Before the game began, the players filed over to the stands signing autographs, taking pictures and handing out merch.

Keegan had taken notice of Brooklyn, especially since she was wearing his jersey. He pointed at her, leaning over the railing as he held a small teddy bear wearing his jersey in his hand.

"A fluffy bear for a sweet thing like you, yeah?" Keegan grinned.

she smiled and took the bear,
"thanks" her face going slightly pink.

"whats your name gorgeous?" he asked, admiring her eyes.

"Brooklyn," she states, smiling.

"beautiful name Brooklyn," he replies, tapping the railing.

"thank you," her face going red.

"Of course," Keegan smiled back, he seemed like such a sweet guy off the ice, it made her wonder what his life was really like.

Brooklyn couldn't help but just stare at him, more like admiring him.

Keegan could see that she was admiring him and a part of him liked that. All the fans here tonight, and brooklyn was staring at him like he was the only man in the world. It was a weird but nice feeling.

Another player came up and tapped Keegan on the shoulder, signaling that the game was about to begin. Keegan rolled his eyes slightly before turning to you again with a smile.

"Sorry, honey, gotta go kick some ass now. I'll win for you," he says, winking at Brooklyn.

she giggles and smiles, waving at him with her fingers as he walks back to the ice. her heart starting to beat faster.

Keegan chuckled as he saw Brooklyn wave at him, he thought it was super cute. He also thought that you were a really sweet girl, that he could see himself spending more time with, not just in a friendly way, but in a more romantic way.

He gave her one last smile before he turned around and walked back to the ice, readying himself to begin the game.

The game started. The players took their positions and the puck was dropped.

For the first twenty minutes, Keegan would send glances over in Brooklyns direction, wondering if she was watching him. It was a stupid thing to think about. Of course she was watching him. But he felt a sense of security and comfort knowing she was paying special attention to him, and only him.
