As soon as the redhead got discharged from the hospital the same day, she was unsurprisingly, taken care of by her friends alternately. The girls set some schedules or rotations just to make sure she would never be left alone in her place.

Colet and Maloi were assigned during Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Jhoana and Stacey on Thursdays and Fridays leaving Gwen and sheena on saturdays and sundays. Mondays would be on Stacey and her mom which is her aunt.

The redhead was never into this idea at all for she felt like she was being a burden to everyone around her but they insisted—madly insisted to be specific leaving her out of choice but to comply

Now, It has been the second week since the rotation had started and fortunately, her ankles were slowly healing. She can now walk with much lesser pain on her ankles than last week but she's still careful not to overwork it, afraid she would might hurt herself once more and made herself a burden to everyone for another week or so

"Mikhs, sabi nga pala ni Staks medyo male-late daw si tita today since Tita is coming straight pa from Baguio" Sheena announced

The redhead who's feeling guilty of being a burden to everyone around her can only nod. Her friends always reminds her that it was nothing and that she would never be a burden to everyone but somehow, she still feels like one. After all, everyone was sacrificing their time just to make sure she'll be well taken care off

"Got it, Shee. Wait, do we ran out of coffee?" the redhead asked as she stood up to check her pantry few meters from the dining table until the youngest among them halted her movements

"Mikhs, sit down. Bebe has something much more healthier and appetizing than your black bitter coffee" Sheena beamed proudly making the tall girl in specs smile a little, which the redhead wasn't used to

Who would've even thought this nonchalant best friend of hers would smile this way? The redhead thought

"Here, Mikhs" her tall best friend shortly said after giving her a glass of smoothie

"Uh, and what is this?" the redhead asked, totally shocked about the drink she was just offered

"It's a cinnamon smoothie, brat" the tall girl savagely spat not forgetting to sternly look at the redhead as if telling her not to complain anymore

"Masarap yan,Mikhs. Promise! My bebe has been into smoothies lately and actually favorite ko lahat pero mas favorite ko sya,of course" Sheena once again beamed proudly before winking at the tall girl who was now having a tint of redness in her little cheeks

"Gross!" the redhead muttered as she cringe towards the youngest

"Oh, and bebe—I mean, Sheena, here's for you" Gwen shyly stuttered as she handed the youngest a glass of smoothie as well but, in a sweet manner—totally opposite from what the redhead had a minute ago!

As they began eating, the redhead suspiciously watch the two women acting like teenagers before her eyes. She can only cringe at how surprisingly her friends suddenly gone clingy towards each others–something she isn't prepared off, especially not with her nonchalant best friend

Gwen wasn't into endearments and skinships and she's pretty much sure of that for she had known her countless of years. Sheena, on the other hand was the other way around. She actually calls Gwen "bebe" since college for the latter caught her eyes and heart like she always says and, given that she's the youngest among them, she's as clingy as Maloi can be but Gwen was not for she was always straight faced and nonchalant as long as she even can remember
