Joanna Golden became a therapist to hopefully get to talk to her brother more who was sent to jail years ago for kidnapping attractive, young women. She was called in for a case to listen to Ray's psychological problem. Joanna knew the name sounded familiar to her as her brother often talked about the beautiful women he would meet up with and manipulate. She had a plan to get Ray locked up in a cage like what Joe used to do to his victims. Ray however dodged the 5150 offer and wanted to leave the city instead. Joanna, being one of the people Ray called before leaving, knew exactly where Ray was at the moment and told Joe where Ray was. After Ray sent out that twat and headed towards her terminal, Joe spotted her and swiftly kidnapped her so hopefully no one noticed. He took her to the familiar spot where she first met the clowns. After the economic collapse all prisoners were released and the police never went back to check Joe's apartment in the desert. Everyone assumed he was gone for good, but they were all wrong. He's been silently stalking Ray and he noticed April left the city and Ray grew closer to the group that rescued people from his cage before. Joe knew he had to play it smarter this time by sending less pictures. After 3 months, he thought it would be safe enough to take a picture of his dear Ray trapped in a cage and twat it out. This would be a game for him to see who rescues her this time. CG or the Clowns which he knew both had a burning hatred for each other but they had one thing in common. They always protected and loved Ray, the CG princess and the Clown queen. CG was out of the city but the clowns were on a self-destructive path, would Ray finally be his for the taking? The clowns who were still "sane" like Dr. Stitches, Kirk, and Stumbles saw the twat and worked with the cops to come up with a plan to save the clown queen. They ended up saving her from Joe's apartment but she was restrained to a chair and beaten up. The clowns rushed her to Dr. Stitches and the clown doctor made sure Ray was ok and her vitals were stable.
