In den buch handelt es sich um eine junge kätzin namens Mondpfote,die ein normales leben führte bis zu einem bestimmten zeitpunkt wo etwas schreckliches passierte.Sie verlohr ihre erinnerungen durch einen unfall und wachte in einem fremden ort auf.Fremde katzen halfen ihr zu sich zu kommen und bald schon wurde Mondpfote im Vollmondclan aufgenommen.Bald stelle sie sich die fragen:Wer bin ich?Woher komme ich und was ist mit meiner famile?Und vieles mehr.Die netten clangefährten können ihr bei allem nicht weiterhelfen.Die Anführerin und der älteste spürten eine starke energie wenn sie in der nähe mondpfote waren,ebenfalls andere.Was ist es?Mondpfote wollte all dem auf den grund gehen,konnte aber nicht weg reißen da sie zu jung war.Als sie endlich so weit war,ihren eigenen weg einzuschlagen,kamen ihr andere zuvor.Der clan wurde angegriffen?Von wem?Woher?Was wollten sie?Mondpfote wusste es nicht!Es zählte nur zu kämpfen! Was wird geschehen?Wird Mondpfote herausfinden wer sie ist?
