I kept running until I got to a crosswalk, I forgot how much I loved the night. How mysterious and beautiful it is. The stoplight turned green and I continue on exploring the night. I came across a Dennys, I started to recognize it, it was the same old Dennys I ate here with my friends. Their names were Brian, Aaron, and Carl. I started to walk towards the door. Everything is the same, which gives me a bit of comfort. A worker came up and escorted me to my table. I got a water and ordered a sandwich. Hopefully this time I get to eat the food. I miss them, Carl, Brian, and Aaron. It's been a while since I've talked to them. I hope they're okay. I started to look out the window and I saw him. I saw Carl. I quickly get out of place and ran towards him. "Carl, ikaw ba yan?" (Is that you Carl?) I yelled across the parking lot. I got the guys attention and it wasn't him. "Sorry I got the wrong person." He then looked at me and walked away. I walked back to Denny's and explained to them what happened. I started to eat my food, as soon as I finished I left and paid. I sat by the parking lot, and I just start crying. I tried to stop, but I couldn't. What's wrong with me? There was no reason to cry, but I'm crying. Maybe I do miss them a lot. I wasn't even able to say goodbye to them, or to everyone. Why did I ran away? Why was I the only one who wasn't there that day? I wish I would go back. I really wished I could. Oh the time I wasted, hoping that I can get it back. I'd trade anything to be with them again. I left the place and started to walk back home.
