The Truth

HELLO MY AVACADOS! I'M TRYING TO POST MORE OFTEN, BUT IT'S BEEN A LITTLE HARD SINCE SCHOOL HAS STARTED ALREADY AND I'M BUSY WORKING!

You pull away, apologizing, and turn around just as the apartment you live in explodes, although the rest of the apartment building seeming to be fine.
You look in shock as the apartment that you had spent so many memories of your childhood in faded to ash. "No..." you say quietly, shaking your head. "No..." Tears started pouring down your cheeks and you fall to your knees, holding your face in your hands.
Izuku holds you, also crying a little, and so does your mom.
The weird thing was that no other apartment was burning, only yours. Plus, most of the fire seemed to be in your room.
What if you had been in the apartment? What if you could have stopped this from ever happening? You couldn't take it anymore. You start hyperventilating, your hands tingling. In about thirty seconds, you try to stand up, but you wobble and almost fall, dizzy. you feel like yours able to pass out. "D*** IT!!!!!" you scream. This was all your fault! If you had been there to stop it-
You collapse and everything goes black.

...

     You start waking up to a blurry white light above you. Am I... dead? you think to yourself. Suddenly, you feel a slight twinge of pain on your head. Nope, I'm alive. Your vision clears up, and you slowly sit up, looking around you. "Where...?" you quietly begin. Then you sigh.
"Oh, I'm in the hospital,  aren't I?"
     A nurse walks in. "Oh, you're awake." she says. "What happened?" you ask. "You're apartment lit on fire and you had a panic attack outside."
"Oh yeah."
     "I'm so sorry about what happened." the nurse says. "I hope you know it wasn't your fault. You couldn't have stopped it." "What?" you ask, a little surprised. "It happened because of a quirk. The police investigated with the fire department and some heroes and detectives and found that it started in your room, and they found some other clues..."
     You notice that she had stopped seemingly in the middle of speaking. "Is everything okay?" you ask."Well..." she begins, "I'm not sure if this is true, but the heroes and those with them said that it might have been and attack..." Your eyes widen, but the nurse wasn't finish speaking.
"...on you specifically."
     Your heart seemed to flop out of your chest and fly away, and it might as well have with the news you had just received. "Wh-what?" you stuttered. "I'm sorry, ma'am, but that's what they told me." You tried to calm yourself down, but it was hard.
     Why did they attack you? What were they after? Why in that way? Who had that specific quirk? It couldn't have been Shoto Todoroki, a calm, reserved guy in your class. He was nicer than that. You had spoken to him and heard him talked to others at times, and you knew he wouldn't do that to anyone, at least not in UA.
     You realized you had started hyperventilating once again and the nurse had started trying to calm you down little. You take some deep breaths. "I'm sorry, I'm alright." you say. "No, no, it's my fault." the nurse apologizes. "I shouldn't have told you that so soon."
     Your mom and brother walk into the room. "Y/n, are you okay?" Izuku asks, while your mom exclaims, "Y/n! Oh, Sweetie!!" "Hi, Izuku. Hi, Mom." you say. "I'm alright. I really am."

...

     A few days later, things are back to normal. Well, sort of. You are forced to stay at Bakugou'a house while the apartment was rebuilt. You are honestly okay with it, since you like him.
     Bakugou, however, seems to hate it, especially since Izuku is there. He tolerates you being there more than Izuku, but his mom doesn't care. She would let him suffer the whole time you and Izuku stayed.
