Fiona landed in the sand. This time, however it was different. She could feel broken sea shells, as well as, rocks. Looking around the sun had set, it was dawn. She could see people coming in from the beach all heading to the same area. Looking to the right, where they were headed, she saw palm trees, a gentleman dressed in white, and serving drinks, and in the distance a resort. She immediately knew where she was at. The Tranquility Bay Beach resort, she was in Florida, but not in 5-D, she was still in the 2-D realm. The sun had set cause she was in a different time zone, they are three hours ahead. Wait a minute, she reached in her pocket thankful to feel her phone. Taking it out, she opened it and pressed the star on the screen. Holding her phone up to the front of the resort, she could see the cabana hut, her grandma was sitting on a chair, talking to Don Ameche, they were both in their prime. Her grandma looked at her, and smiled. Walking in that direction, she looked around for her shoes. Where the steps were to the cabana hut, her shoes still lied perfectly. Holding her phone down, she looked, and they were still there. The cabana hut was not visible, holding her phone up again she could see it and the shoes, placing her phone at her side she could only see her shoes. There's a connection, but what? She sat in the sand, and put her shoes on. She had been joking with Leo when she said they were in Florida, she knew they were, but she expected them to remain in the 5-D realm. This was significant, but how.
"Ugh," she thought, "More pieces to put together."
She thought about Leo, he may come back and find her gone, he's going to think she just left. She needed to get back there as soon as possible. She stood up and brushed the sand off of her attire, just then she heard the music as though it never stopped playing.

Look at those beautiful stars, I wanna drive a faster car.
Lay my troubles to rest, blow the smoke through my cigarette.
City lights looking fine, and I know that this is my time now,
I'm gonna be myself, or I could be someone else, no one's stopping me now.
I'm gonna skip my breaks, I'm gonna make mistakes.
I just wanna feel alive, it's just what I do when I'm out, so
Try not to hold me down, feel alive when I'm in this town.
Fiona's excitement grew.
Look at those beautiful stars, I wanna drive a faster car
Nothing can break me, no, no, nothing can break me
Just then, she noticed it, by the palm tree in front of the resort, another portal.
Try not to slow me down, feel alive when I'm in this town
Look at those beautiful stars I wanna take a trip to mars.
Before she was noticed, she ran and jumped in.
Nothing can break me, no, no, nothing can break me.

She landed on hard metal flooring. She recognized the place from when Capone took her, she was in Alcatraz. She remembered Capone telling her he would spend one day there to reflect, maybe that's why she was there. Capone. She made her way to his cell. Holding up her phone, she looked inside, but, he was not there. Everything looked as it did when they left. Why was she here then? That's when she looked down and noticed, Capone's cigar butt. He had put it out in the 5-D realm right in front of his cell, and here it is now. Again, this was significant, Fiona just wasn't sure how yet. Feeling like she would gain no more insight here, it was time to go. As before, the music started where it had left off.

Look at those beautiful stars, I wanna drive a faster car.
I'm gonna be myself, I'm gonna be someone else.
I'm gonna be myself, I'm gonna be someone else.
I'm gonna skip my breaks, I'm gonna make mistakes.
I'm gonna skip my breaks, I'm gonna make mistakes.
This time the portal opened up, on the first floor directly below her. She leaped over the railing, and jumped in.

This time, she landed on a park bench, guessing by the daylight, she was still on the west coast, but where this time? Suddenly she noticed a boy sitting on the bench next to her. He had light brown hair, and blue eyes, and he was wearing an overcoat, she couldn't make out his attire under the coat, but he was staring directly at her. Unlike the guy at the beach, this boy, maybe early twenties, did not seem surprised.
"Hi." He said.
Confused, Fiona said. "Um...hi."
"You must be on one hell of a trip huh?"
He wasn't surprised, but she knew he had seen her just appear. Interesting.
"My name's John Boss, just call me John."
"Um... Fiona.... Fiona Matney....you can just call me Fiona."
"Nice to meet you, so where are you headed?"
"Wait a minute," she asked. "You don't know who I am?"
She was surprised, because she has been all over the news.
"Not really, I mean, should I?" He asked.
"Well, I've just been all over the news. I thought..."
He interjected, "Nah I don't watch much TV, it rots your brain, ya know?!"
"Yeah, I guess it does." She smiled.
"So what are you on the news for anyway, cause if I had to guess, I would say it's probably because of that parlor trick you just pulled." John said.
"So, you did see that, I was wondering because you seem so nonchalant about it."
"Well I was sitting right here, kinda hard not to notice."
"And, that didn't....like....freak you out or something?" She asked.
"No, why would it? Honestly I've seen some pretty interesting things in my time, so nothing surprises me."
She smiled at him. "Well, believe it or not that's not the reason I'm in the news, well maybe part of it...kinda. Basically I went missing for a while, and then when I came back, some guy was like....freaking out, and he told reporters, I came out of the ocean dry, like i just appeared out of the ocean."
"Well, where did you go?"
"It's hard to explain," for some reason, unknowing to her, she had no problem telling this guy anything. "I was in like another frequency, I was here...on earth...but not in this frequency. Like, let me try to explain, scientists have proven nothing is ever created or destroyed. So what happens when people pass on? I was there, in that frequency. I don't know if that helps to understand...but..."
"No, I get it. You were, kinda like in one of the layers, right?"
Surprised, she said. "Well, yeah...I guess you could say that, so you know a little bit about the layers and the frequency?"
"Well kinda, I can't do what you did, but I understand it. I like to reference the layers, well like an orange."
Confused, she asked. "An orange?"
"Yeah, you know the fruit, an orange."
"Well, I know what an orange is, but why do you look at it like that?"
"Well think about it. Take an orange and put it in your hand and squeeze. It's tough, right?"
"Yeah."
"Now, think, it's only tough cause you're on the outside layer, you don't even see what the orange looks like, but, when you peel it, you see the colors lighter and the inside is squishy, why? Because you removed the toughest layer, and you exposed what it really was. Get it?"
"Actually I do, in a sense."
"So by exposing the layers, you are able to reach that soft underbelly. What you do with that soft underbelly, well that's solely up to you."
"Yeah, I'm learning, but it's hard focusing on one thing when there are so many."
"Like what?" He asked.
"Well, I'm going to have to eventually give a statement to reporters, you know, about where I've been, and I really have no clue what I'm going to say."
"Well, just tell them the truth, like you did with me. Just keep in mind, Plato's allegory of the cave."
"What's that?"
"What? Plato's allegory of the cave, it's a metaphor comparing people to prisoners in a cave. It's a way to illustrate the concept of idealism, and how most people only understand a small part of reality through their senses. Basically, metaphorically, take these prisoners that are, let's say, raised in a cave. They're staring at this wall, where, let's say you have someone behind them, manipulating the shadows. They know nothing of the outside world, because they've been looking at this wall and the shadows their whole life. Then, let's say, one of them turns from the wall, and he notices a light, so he heads towards it. When he steps outside, there's a whole world he didn't know about. He goes back into the cave, and he tries to tell others about his experience, well, some listen and head towards the exit, but then you have those ones, who are too comfortable to explore the possibilities of new ideals. They remain in the cave, some even get hostile toward the guy, because some, let's say people, are too scared to open up to the unknown. They are perfectly comfortable to believe this is all there is."
"So you're saying, tell the truth, and some people will take it as it is, and some people will choose not to understand, and probably think I'm crazy, right?"
"Yeah, but you know you did your part, by telling the truth, that's really all you can do. Right now, though, I don't think you need to be concerned with where you've been, but I think, you more so, need to be concerned with where you're going."
