Taeil stood in his room, his fists clenched as he paced back and forth. His anger simmered beneath the surface. How could he let this happen? Mark had been captured, and worse, he knew too much—far more than anyone in the Park family would’ve liked. Taeil could feel the noose tightening around him. Mark’s knowledge of their plans put everything at risk.
"Damn it," Taeil muttered under his breath, slamming his fist onto the table. How would he face his father now? He needed to move fast before the Kim family and their allies struck back. There was no time to waste.

On the Road to the Warehouse
Jackson was behind the wheel, his expression calm but focused. Taehyung sat in the passenger seat, his phone buzzing in his lap. Another warning message. It had been days since they started coming in, and Taehyung had a gut feeling that the Park family was behind it. He glanced at the phone, frowning slightly.
“You okay?” Jaehyun asked from the backseat, noticing Taehyung's tense expression.
“Yeah,” Taehyung said, though his mind was already elsewhere, piecing together the strange messages and their timing. He knew the Park family was trying to get into his head.
The car pulled up to the warehouse, though it didn’t look like a typical warehouse. It was more like a posh mansion, clean and modern, which only made Taehyung feel more uneasy.
"Gosh," Taehyung muttered as they got out of the car, "they really are something."
Jackson rolled his eyes. “Yeah, rich psychos.”
As they entered the building, Felix greeted them with a casual grin. “Hey, hyung. Congratulations.”
His tone was light, but the subtle mention of Jackson’s recent engagement made Jackson cringe inwardly. He didn’t exactly enjoy having his personal life brought up at moments like this.
Jackson forced a smile, shaking Felix’s hand before the three introduced themselves. Felix led them through the halls, heading towards where Mark was being held.
Felix glanced back at them, smirking. “Honestly, I thought you wouldn’t come.”
Jaehyun raised an eyebrow. “Why not?”
“We were already planning to pack him up and send him back to the Park family,” Felix said nonchalantly.
The three of them stopped walking, their eyes widening in shock. “What?” Jackson’s voice was sharp.
Felix turned to face them, shrugging as if it were no big deal.

“He’s dead. We interrogated him and got all the information we needed, so we killed him off. Is something wrong?”
