at approximately 5:15 p.m., neighbors in this
story walk up all began making calls the the landlord of this otherwise quiet building to report a foul oder one resident said it smelled of rotten meat .
when police and hazmat arrived, they eveacuatated the building for safety reasons about a half hour into the search
of what the oder was
hazmat entered apartment 506 to find what they said looked like something out of horror movie only this was very real
body parts were tossed around
the medical examiner
couldn't explain it
only to the body, the torn apart it a bloodbath the victim
was identified
William Guant, a source, told us that
he tried to turn himself to police earlierinreguards to the murder teen girl found in the hunters' shed, but detectives refused to take his statement
