Today is my Henna ceremony, and Sarah is making me ready as she is blabbering about everything she saw in palace and Cairo, I am just nodding to my best friend's words. She trusts Azhaar I don't know why and she also thinks Faraz is weird & grumpy and how he avoids her for no reason, which made me laugh..
"Anyways.. did you plan how are you going to apply your Henna?"
She asks me, crossing her arms against her chest after my dressing is done.
"Yes... and can I ask you, why are you so interested in this fake marriage, Sarah?"
I question to which she places her hands on my shoulders says dramatically.
"Marriage only happens once, Zahra.. and I want everyone to remember that Prince Azhaar and Princess Zahra wedding was a blast.."
"I think you are forgetting, Sarah. Its a fake and agreement marriage.."
I remaind her as I think she's forgetting the main cause of this marriage.
"Uff..Oh.. come on, Zahra.. don't be so boring.."
She says, and I shake my head.
"Okay.. okay.. at least enjoy your fake and agreement wedding, its worth it.."
She mocks me but my lips eventually curl into a smile.
After a small talk of mine and Sarah, Princess Ayesha enters saying its time for me to go down for the Henna ceremony."Azhaar?!"
Faraz screams like a maniac, bursting into my chamber as I just got ready for the Henna ceremony and I don't even know why my presence is important.. I am not the one who's applying the Henna but anyways..
"Stop screaming!"
I say him to which he chuckles and says.
"Then you..stop being late, you are literally getting dressed for almost an hour now.."
"Whatever.."
I mumble before looking at the mirror for the last time, turing around and I walk down to the main hall where the ceremony is held.
