A girl arrives at her parents' home, she finds dead people outside. She runs and enters the home, she finds her father dead and sees her mother, then panting looking around to see her twin sister Lyanna dead, she rushes over to her and cries over her sister's body.
"No, no, no, Lyanna No." She spoke stroking the girl's hair.
Present day- Mystic Falls

I was getting the snacks and bringing it into the living room where me, my parents my older brother Jeremy and my Aunt Jenna was with a deck of card playing Pictionary. I set the bowl of chips in the middle of the coffee table. As I smiled but looked around. "Where's Elena?" I questioned.
I could hear my mother sigh. "She wanted to go to this party at the Falls, today but we told her no. She she's locked up in her room." My mother Miranda spoke up.
"Typical Elena, cried over going to a party." I muttered as Jeremy smirked. Looking at me,
I sat in the middle between Jeremy and Aunt Jenna, Aunt Jenna is my mom's sister. As she was trying to get the game started. Knowing it's getting late. Until the phone ring. I frown looking at my mother, before as she went to it "Elena?" She questioned obviously upset. I sighed shaking my head.
She quickly hangs up the phone. "Sorry to cut this short, but we have to get Elena, she went to that party. Lyanna? You want to come?" Mom asked
I shook my head no, "I like to stay here, if that's fine." I spoke.
She nodded she and dad went to get Elena.
Three weeks later.
I woke up breathing heavily, trying to get air, as a tube was stuck in my mouth. "Nurse..." someone yelled. "Nurse...."
I was looking around to see bright lights in my eyes, freaking out where was I what happened. Then I see a bunch of people working around me. I cried out as the tube got removed, I can still feel my lungs filled with water. "Lyanna honey can you hear us... Lyanna?" I look over to see a bright light in my eyes moving. I shut them.
I slowly open my eyes to get my vision right, looking around to see nurses and doctors over me, looking at me in shock. I look over to see Jeremy and Aunt Jenna. Waiting for me to say something. "W-What happen?" I questioned
"You don't remember?" Jeremy asked placing his hand on my shoulder I shook my head.
"Honey, you were in a car accident, going to pick up Elena from the party." Aunt Jenna spoke.
I look at her oddly. "Didn't I stay home?" I questioned looking down. Aunt Jenn nodded. "No, you went with them." Aunt Jenna says confused looking at me oddly.
"Where is mom and dad?" I questioned.
Everyone fell in the room silent as they know something I don't "Where is mom and dad.?" I spoke starting to get panicked.
The nurses and doctors went away to give us privacy. Jeremy brings me into a hug.
"Where is mom and dad."
"H-Honey, mom and dad are---" Aunt Jenna spoke.
"Lyana, they died." Jeremy finished.
"No.. No... That can't be I just saw them yesterday, why I am here. What happen, I don't understand mom and dad are not dead." I spoke tears went through my eyes like crazy.
"Lyanna, you been in the hospital for Three weeks." Aunt Jenna informed me.
I looked at her shocked, "Three weeks, why was I hear, I don't remember anything. Elena is she---?" I asked.
Aunt Jenna sighs. "Elena fine she went home when it happens, she's still in shock." Aunt Jenna spoke.
I shook my head not understanding what have happen, I don't remember anything. "Mom... Dad..." I spoke through tears. As I just hugged my brother tightly not wanting to let him go.
As soon I let out a scream. Of pain, anger, after that I lost my voice to speak Elena is the one to blame for all of this. She's the reason why mom and dad are dead. I blame her for everything.

I know this chapter is a bit short, but longer chapters awaits and I'm sorry for. What did happen to Lyanna, how was she in the car when she was at home. But this feels right for the prologue. I hope you are going to enjoy Lyanna's story as much as I will write it.
