Last time when your check up happened , nothing came out in ultrasound,  which is unusual but can happen  due to its position and also because inflammation was mild

But now it's severe that's why you experience pain
It is just a small problem we will take care of it today , you will go under surgery today , I want this remove as soon as possible " he said full on coming to his  doctor character
