After sliding my ring on Abhimanyu's finger

My heart started  beating really fast, I started getting more nervous , and the way Abhimanyu is staring at me didn't helping other,

" Akshu haath aage kar" badi Maa said

I gingerly forward my hand in his, he hold it in tight grip but with gentleness

And slid the ring on my finger,

" Mine" Abhimanyu said huskily

Greetings exchanged by elders, congratulations , badhaiyaan words echoed  all round in the  hall

People started to came over to congratulate us , while badi Maa and Manjali Aunty hugged me,

" come on now engagement ho gyi, now it's high time for some dance guys" Neil said in his cheery voice

Arohi came towards and take me towards the dance floor while Neil and Anisha bhabhi also took Abhimanyu towards dance floor

Songs started playing

And everybody started dancing while I look at them with a smile,
My legs unknowingly started tapping the floor

Yaar dance floor par jao ya nhi, Nachna to mujhe bhi hai, but it will be very unlady like

I look at Abhimanyu who was talking to one of his buisness acquaitence

Bhagwaan jii,
Abhimanyu toh bilkul bhi Bollywood wale dance karnewale nhi lagte toh inse puchana bekar hi hai,

Vaise bhi even I can't imagine my Abhimanyu dancing like that

my  kairav bhai, my sister and my friend are not even coming to me to asked me for dancing,

Yrr engagement meri hai mujhe toh bulao dance ke liyo!!

Song changed and everybody stopped while dragging their husband, bf , brothers on stage as it is a romantic song

I again look at Abhimanyu and still find him talking to that person

I look at dance floor then again at Abhimanyu
Some seconds later I reached towards the conclusion which is:-

Hell with everything,
Bhaad mai Jaye mera elegant lady ki Tarah behave karna,

Mai chali dance karne afterall
engagement meri hai, roz roz thodi naa aati hai

With that thought on mind

I look for a partner because everybody was dancing as couple there

My eyes go focused at one specific direction and

I marched towards where food was being served and from there I dragged my Vansh bhai  while taking away the gazar ka  halwa bowl on from him  Which he was eating and keep it on table

" Akshu yeh kya batmeezi hai, mai kha raha tha naa" Vansh bhai whined

" bhai chup chaap chaliye " I said and led him towards the dance floor

" dance kijiye mere saath" I said

" Akshu dance karna hai toh Abhimanyu ko bula naa" bhai said grumpily but still he started dancing with me

" apko kya lagta hai Abhimanyu dance karenge" I asked

And we both look towards Abhimanyu

And then we both nodded our head in no

Vansh bhai sighed and then twirled me on romantic beat

After some minutes later partners started to get changed
