Mia: Grinning. "So, Dr. Reid, are you ready for another riveting conversation about patient management?"

Alex: chuckling "Absolutely! But first, how many cups of coffee have you had today?"

Mia playfully rolls her eyes. "Just three! I need it to keep up with your genius."

Mia: "You know, I've been thinking... I've always wanted to be a doctor."

Alex: leaning in, intrigued. "Really? Why haven't you pursued it?"

Mia: sighing, looking pensive "It feels like such a distant dream. Medical school is intense, and I'm not sure I can handle it."

Alex: nodding thoughtfully "I get it. I felt that way too during med school. But every late night and challenging exam was worth it. It changed my life and the lives of my patients. I believe you can do it, Mia."
