Chapter 6: First Day Drama

As the morning sun streamed through the window. Sana's excitement was impossible to contain "Aaj toh mazedaar din hoga!" she said to herself, fully prepared to make her first day at the new school memorable.

Ashi was already at the door, tapping her foot impatiently "Yaar Sana, kitna time lagati hai tu? Chal jaldi, warna late ho jaayenge"

Sana gave her a playful smirk "Arey, Ashi, thoda patience rakh, Itna toh time lagta hai ek Bollywood heroine ko ready hone me" She flip her ponytail.

Ashi rolled her eyes, knowing better than to argue "Bollywood heroine se yaad aaya, school mein drama mat create karna, Kabir se dur rehna aur Sidharth se to ladna mat please"

The two cousins made their way to the school, the walk filled with Sana's chatter about all the fun they were going to have. As they stepped into the bustling hallways of school, Sana's eyes sparkled.

She immediately spotted Reem standing by her locker, and they waved to each other.

"Reem, How are you?" Sana asked, walking up to her friend with a big grin.

Reem smiled "I'm good but you know this place is filled with drama, right? I mean, Kabir aur Sid ko toh dekha hai tune. Sid aur teri fight toh iss janam mein nahi rukne wali lagta hai. Aur Kabir ki flirting....Uss se zara bachke rehna."

Sana's heart skipped a beat at the mention of Kabir. She had found his flirty nature amusing. In fact, she had a slight crush on him, not that she would ever admit it out loud. His teasing, his effortless charm, she liked it more than she cared to admit.

Just as Reem finished talking, Kabir walk towards them with his mischievous smile was already on his face.

"Arre, yeh pari aaj aasman se utri hai? Sana, you look so beautiful in this simple uniform also. Meri toh nazar hi nahi hat rahi" Kabir said, winking as he leaned against the lockers.

Sana laughed, feeling the slight butterflies in her stomach "Main to hu hi beautiful"

He grinned widely "Yeah no doubt you're right wese ab tumhein impress karne ke liye mere pass bahut time hai"

Ashi groaned "Kabir, please tu kabhi sudhrege nahi na?"

Reem nodded in agreement, clearly unimpressed by Kabir's antics "Yeh flirting band kar Kabir, Sana se dur reh she deserves better not someone like you jo das jagha muh maare"

"Oh come on i know you are just jealous from her" Kabir said to Reem, she just rolled her eyes because she know him. He always mock her because once she reject him.

Sana, however was not annoyed. She found Kabir's banter light-hearted and fun "Reem, itna serious mat ho yaar, Kabir is just being Kabir. Aur waise bhi, thodi si masti toh chahiye right?"

Kabir looked genuinely pleased by Sana's response "See? Sana gets it, thodi masti zaroori hai life me"

Before the conversation could continue, Sid walked up, his expression serious as usual. Unlike his brother Kabir.

"Kabir, tu phir se shuru ho gaya?" Sid asked, giving his brother a stern look.

Kabir shrugged "Bhai, ab khubsurati ki tareef to karunga hi na aur bass halka sa flirt kar raha hoon"

Sid sighed, shaking his head before turning to the girls "tum log is par dhyaan mat do. Kabir kabhi nahi sudhrega."

Sana, who had been quietly watching Sidharth, felt a strange mix of irritation and intrigue. There was something about his intense, no, nonsense attitude that annoyed her, but at the same time, she couldn't help but notice.how different he was from Kabir. Where Kabir was light and playful, Sidharth was serious and grounded. It was like fire and ice.
