Chapter 1?

A/N: Hey there everyone and welcome to the very first chapter of my story Pokevergarden, now I don't have much to say except for sorry for the year long wait, and also I wanted to work through the process of Ash leaving the anime and I'm good now.

Well anyway I don't want to hold you up any longer so let's get on with the story now.

Disclaimer: I don't own anything what so ever in this story, everything belongs to their respective owners.

"Well this is it Pikachu, we're finally heading back home." Ash said to Pikachu on his shoulders as they both took one final view of Leiden from the cliff they first arrived on.

"Pika." Pikachu said warmly as he remembered all of the fond memories that they made.

"You know buddy I'm really going to miss it here, we sure did make a lot of new friends and things did get crazy towards the end." Ash stated with a little smile on his face as he began to think about one specific person.

"Chu." Pikachu said looking a little sad because he knew full well who Ash was thinking about.

"I know you want her to come with us but she belongs here, besides she already has someone... that she..." Ash said as he began to trail off for a moment.

Pikachu immediately knew what Ash was feeling and rubbed his cheek wanting to comfort him if only for a little while.

"Thanks, but I'll be alright so no need to worry about me." Ash said as he patted Pikachu on the head.

After taking one last look at Leiden he began to reach into his backpack to search for the ocean blue sapphire that brought him into this world. Suddenly Pikachu's ears began to perk up and then quickly jumped off of Ash's shoulder running towards the forest that was behind them.

"Where are going?" Ash shouted out leaving his backpack behind as he chased after his partner Pokemon.

The chase didn't last very long as they both came to a halt and in front of them stood someone they weren't expecting to see.

"Violet?" Ash asked in disbelief as he could tell that she most likely ran all the way here, he also took notice of the tears running down her face.

"Ash, I didn't want you to leave without knowing how I feel." She said as she got closer to him trying to fight back some of the tears.

"It's alright I know that you love Gilbert and I just want you to be happy." He said with a hint of sadness in his voice.

"Ash I do love him, but not in the way that you might think." She said slowly closing the distance between them.

"What do you mean?" He asked her somewhat confused by her statement.

"At first I thought I was in love with Gilbert at one point but as time went on and the moments that I shared with you I began to truly understand what the world 'I love you' truly mean and what I'm trying to say is that... I Violet Evergarden love you Ash Ketchum! I want to spend the rest of my life with you and I don't care what world we're in, as long as we are together!" She stated with her hands on his face.

"I love you too!" Ash stated with tears of joy running down his face happy with the news.

He then gave her a passionate kiss as Pikachu watched them with pure happiness at the fact that his trainer now has a girlfriend, but he immediately came back to his senses and headed over to Ash's backpack.

"Pikachu!" He called out getting both Ash's and Violet's attention as they watched him pullout the ocean blue sapphire.

"The sapphire, Violet are sure you want to come with us?" Ash asked her in a serious tone of voice.

"I do, I want to be by your side forever." Violet reaffirmed his as she held his hand with both of hers.

"Alright then." Ash said with biggest smile on his face as he picked up both his backpack and the sapphire.

With Pikachu on his shoulder, Violet holding one hand, and the sapphire in the other he raised it up high and in a flash of light they were all gone back to the world of Pokemon.

"Oh I call ballcrap!" Red Hood stated from the sofa.

(Robins Nest 8:16 PM)

"I don't know I thought it was pretty good." Miss Martian said from the floor with the other girls besides her as they just gotten done watching the Pokemon and Violet Evergarden crossover movie on the big screen movie.

"There were a few good moments here and there but it was somewhat decent overall." Disco stated from beside Red Hood.

"The Pokemon choice though was unexpected to say the least but they managed to make it work." Rocket said eating some more popcorn.

"Well I didn't think that they would put Ash into some of the more deadly situations but boy was I wrong." Zatanna said eating a chocolate bar.

"Yeah they didn't shy away or tone down on the blood with Ash being there oh man, for a moment I actually thought he was going to die." Renegade said agreeing with Zatanna.

"I thought it was alright, though at some points it felt like Ash wasn't even needed and was just there for the sake of being there." Artemis stated as she took a bite out of some more of Red Hood's jerky.

"Honestly I thought it was a freaking waste of time and ballcrap that barely made much sense, I mean come on the romance seemed obviously forced in my opinion. Seriously I can't believe we that watched this load of crap." Red Hood stated in a grumpy attitude.

"Need I remind you that Tim wanted me to record this movie for him since wasn't going to be able to see himself? Besides I seem to recall you letting out a sigh of relief when Benedict Blue survived his injuries." Nightwing pointed out to Red Hood.

"Alright I guess it wasn't all bad, but still I suggest that we find a better movie to watch now that this is over with." Red Hood informed them.

"Sure, oh here's good one to watch 'West Side Story' I know you're going to love it since I know how much of a theater fan you are. Alfred told me how much you would try to copy their dance routines." Renegade stated as Red Hood just glared at him.

This caused the others to just either laugh or chuckle at this new information while Red Hood could only hold the bridge of his nose and let out a few mumbles.

"Up yours Grayson, up yours."

A\N: Well there you go everyone the first chapter of the story, now if you made it to the end let me just say one little thing here.

APRIL FOOLS!

I know it's like half an hour past midnight but I don't care I just wanted to get this out there, so hope some of you have a sense of humor. As all of you can see they were watching the whole thing on TV so they know everything that happened here so no point in asking them for some spoilers, lol.

Don't worry though I'll replace this with the real first chapter when I get done with it I promise, and if you're wondering who some of these other characters are well they're from my Young Justice story 'Robins'. If you're a fan of DC Comics and their works in other media then chances are you've probably seen some of the stuff I have listed here.

The girls are all from the first season of the animated series 'Young Justice' and if you want to know what they are doing in the Robins Nest, well you have to read that story and find out for yourself.

By the way I'm still working on that chapter of 'Robins' as we speak, so bear with me people.
