The next day
Miranda is awake but you are still asleep
Luke walks in
Miranda - hey Luke
Luke - hey Miranda, I was just coming to check on Y/n, I will be discharging you at noon
Miranda - ok
Luke leaves the room
A hour later you start to wake up
Miranda - hi hun how did you sleep
You shake your head
Miranda - oh hun, Do you feel like you are going to throw up
You shake your head
Miranda - ok good
at around 11:30
Luke walks in
Luke - hi Y/n, I am just going to check a couple of things then we can discharge you
You nod
Luke checks what he needs to then leaves to get the discharge papers
Once he comes back into the room
Luke - you are good to go, now if the antibiotics don't start working with 48 come back and we will switch the antibiotic
Miranda - ok
Miranda signs the discharge papers
Luke - ok I am going to take the iv out of your arm ok
You nod
Miranda sits on the side of the bed and grabs your hand that doesn't have the iv in it
When Luke takes the iv out Miranda squeezes you hand it try and help distract you
Luke - all done
Miranda - thank you for being so patient with her
Luke - of course
Luke leaves the room
Miranda - Y/n honey are you ready to leave
You nod
Miranda helps you up and you guys go to the car
Once you guys get to Mirandas, she helps you go inside and you go to the couch
Miranda - I am going to get the stuff to do your antibiotic ok hun
you nod knowing you didn't have much of a choice
Once Miranda comes back with the needle but you can't see it as its in her pocket
Miranda - hun come sit on my lap
You whimper
Miranda - come on hun its ok
You go over to Miranda and sit on her lap
Miranda - you are ok hun your not even going to feel it
You bury your head in her neck
Miranda rubs your back while she grabs that needle from her pocket and moves your pants a bit showing your butt muscle
You whimper again
Miranda - its ok hun
Miranda cleans the spot with a alcohol wipe and once she is done she slowly puts the needle in your skin
