Chapter 2

Walking along the corridors of the Hogwarts express, looking into each compartment for Alex, as Hollie wasn't very helpful on mentioning where he was.

Each time Ophelia poked her head into a compartment she felt a bit relieved that Alex wasn't there, as he was kind of the last person she wanted to see.

She knew deep down that she shouldn't be feeling this way about her boyfriend, but she did love him, well that's what she convinced herself. Alex had a short temper, and Ophelia knew this, so she didn't blame him whenever she annoyed him as it was her fault.

After another few minutes Ophelia finally found Alex compartment, where he was sitting with his friends. Alex was a Ravenclaw but mostly hung about with Slytherin's much to the distaste of Ophelia who was a Hufflepuff and was often teased by Slytherins throughout her 6 years at Hogwarts.

Ophelia had met Remus lupin in first year on the Hogwarts express as they were both nervous about going to a wizarding school, during the first week of the school year she was introduced to James, Sirius and peter and they quickly became people of mischief. She doesn't know what she would do without them. Ophelia and Alex started dating halfway through fifth year, when Hollie started hanging about with the group.

Taking a deep breath, she opened the compartment door letting herself be known. "Ther you are taking your time" spoke Alex.

Ophelia felt nervous due to the stares she was getting from the Slytherin's, "yea, sorry about that didn't k ow what compartment" she mumbled.

She walked over avoiding the gases of the others as she took a seat beside Alex at the window, she leaned her head against the window as Alex slung his arm around her should. Slightly the sing but soon relaxed as she looked at the scenery.

She tuned out the chatter going on in the compartment as daydreamed about all sort of things for the rest of the train journey.

After which felt like a decade for Ophelia the train came to a stop at the station, she quickly got to her feet and made her way out of the compartment in search for her friends.

She couldn't have felt more relieved to get out of that compartment as the tension was just unbearable to sit in.

She soon seen messy jet-black hair moving throughout the corridors of the train, so she quickly sped up to catch up with James. Deciding now is the perfect time to scare him she quickly jumped onto his back causing him the let out a girlish scream.

Hoping of his back Ophelia couldn't help but laugh at his reaction and soon enough everyone joined in with her including people passing by.

"What on earth are you doing Ophelia?" stated James after composing himself and trying to not laugh himself.

Linking her arm with his and continued to walk in front she shouts back "simply had too!"

"I'll get you back mark my words!" he retorted back, and Ophelia couldn't help but smile to herself, these are her people, her best friends.

She continued walking with Remus as she expressed how much she enjoyed the book he sent her and her thoughts about the plot "But he should've told her he loved her sooner, it only caused pain" she stated.

"But he didn't want to ruin the friendship they had" Remus replied.

"And?"

"Okayyyyy, okay whatever you say."

They continued chatting about the book the whole carriage journey, and honestly James and Sirius had no bother of trying to figure out what they were speaking about. Hollie had left Sirius side some time ago and Ophelia somewhat felt relieved as she couldn't bear to be near her.

While Remus and Ophelia babbled on about the book, the others were simply planning a prank as quietly as they could as it was James plan of revenge on Ophelia, after he did say he will get her back.
