I groaned waking up the next day. I made my way to the kitchen in nothing but a long T-shirt and black boy shorts; my hair was most likely sticking up and my eye bags more noticeable.

Yawning, I found Dabi in the kitchen drinking his medicine. He looked uncomfortable and even worried.

"Morning." I greeted him, "You good?"

Dabi turned to look at me and snorted. "Better than you that's for sure."

"And you say I'm the rude one."

"What did you even drink? You look hungover."

"I'm not though, but for some reason I feel so sluggish and tired. I think all the stress is finally kicking in."

He looked at me dubiously. "Mm, I doubt that. You look hungover."

"Am not." I argued as I took a glass of warm water and squeezed a lemon into it. I drank it quickly.

"Why are you drinking something you clearly dislike?" He asked taking me by surprise how curious he looked at me.

"Well I don't like it but it helps boost my metabolism. I ate too much yesterday, it'll help so I don't get all bloated."

He looked at me in disbelief, "Who cares if you're bloated, that's the price you had to pay for eating all those foods. You don't even look bloated." He gave me a quick look over and rolled his eyes, "Are
... you not wearing anything underneath?? What did we say—"

I lifted the corner of my shirt showing him my boy shorts. "I am wearing something underneath you idiot. Damn you're so prudish. I have no idea how you'll manage when we go to the waterfall."

"Huh?!" He nearly choked on his saliva. His cheeks were pink; I found his reaction rather cute.

I nodded, "The waterfall here is kinda magical. Not even many locals know where it's at."

"What's so magical about it?" He questioned with a deep frown as he sat down in front of me.

"The healing properties are amazing not just for the skin but also because it heals inner organs. There's also a myth that says if you happen to catch the fairy that lives there, they'll grant you a wish or something like that. I dunno."

"Sounds... made up." He yawned.

I rolled my eyes, "Well it's a myth so who knows. But I want to go there today. Come with me. I'm not accepting no as an answer."

"I don't have a swimsuit." He answered as he picked up a book off the shelf and carried a coffee mug with him. He sat down on the couch. "So looks like it's a no."

"You don't have to wear anything." I plopped down next to him and teased. He pushed me off the couch pretending he was stretching.

"Oops." He deadpanned.

He was so not sorry. I laid on the floor as I rolled my eyes at him, "Anyways, we can buy swimsuits on our way over there. Come on, it'll make you feel better."

Dabi sighed, "You're not going to give up until I given in, huh?"

I nodded.

"Fine." he spoke in defeat.

"Great!" I stood up quickly making my body ache. I groaned.

I heard Dabi dryly chuckled as he got up to leave towards the kitchen. I sighed watching him ever so uptight. He's been acting even more like that since last night. I wonder if he's worried about something. If so, he won't tell me, that's just how he is. I wish I could help him... I don't like seeing him upset.
