Intro

The words the sorting hat spoke when Anastasia took her place on the stool or as her friends call her 'Ana'. Born into a family consisting of Gryffindors the disappointment at home was palpable, they didn't say anything but the looks and secret winks to each other said enough. Ana's Family can be compared to the Weasley's an age-old pure bloodline of wizards all sorted into Gryffindor, except her.

Her father and mother walked the same corridors in Hogwarts that she enters daily and her father Neville Longbottom even helped defeat 'He Who Must Not Be Named' by destroying his horcrux. Harry Potter the boy who lived also visits their home regularly and is now the man who lived and is still put on a pedestal by many wizards.

'He who must not be named' Or as her friend Lily (Yes, Lily Potter...) would say "Voldemort" can no longer terrorize the wizarding world but he did not go before he left something behind, something that would ensure that he would always be remembered.

"Mattheo Riddle"

His son who he fathered with none other than Bellatrix Lestrange, his most loyal follower who died at the hands of none other than Molly Weasley in the Battle of Hogwarts. Mattheo Riddle, was only a few weeks old and kept safe in Malfoy Manor when the Battle of Hogwarts took place. Raised by Narcissa and afterwards Draco Malfoy took over custody with his wife Astoria who later died and left Draco with their son Scorpius and Mattheo.

Scorpius is nothing like his father and is in the same year as Ana, he is compassionate, friendly and extremely funny. Mattheo on the other hand who is a year above them is cold, quiet and calculating. A person that Ana stays far away from and also wants nothing to do with.

There are rumors that Voldemort has not been defeated at all, that Mattheo Riddle knows more or maybe even becomes the new Voldemort himself but so far he seems more of a grumpy boy with a scary appearance because of the scars that cover his nose and right eye. Given to him by his father when he cried too much as a baby, according to the rumors. The scars do not stop the girls from his year and even the year above him from swooning around him like a bunch of bees around a pot of honey.

After the Battle of Hogwarts and the many deaths including several eleven year old students, the age to enter Hogwarts has been raised to thirteen under some pressure from Hermion Weasley-Granger. According to Lily, her aunt did this partly out of fear for her own offspring, but that is besides the point. That is also the reason that Ana, at seventeen, is only in year four.

She is a perfect, top student in all subjects and for the rest mainly in the background, some call her 'Silent Ana' but still waters run deep.

Albus Potter, the son of .... is assigned to Slytherin and therefore just as much of an outsider in the family as herself and a good friend. Albus, on the other hand, does not like to stay in the background and often argues with Mattheo Riddle, but Albus quickly dims when Mattheo Riddle focuses his gaze on him like a lion looking for his new prey. There are boys who have tried to lecture Mattheo Riddle but it never ended well and Mattheo Riddle never got suspended, it's as if they feel sorry for him or that he has something against them .....
