After I finished the entire day of school without Chloe or Matt I came home to see my mom and stepdad sitting on the couch waiting for me." Cody" my mom said." Cody or sending you to a troubled kids school". my stepdad said. I was so shocked I couldn't even speak." you're going tomorrow so you have to pack up now" my mother said I could tell she was holding back a smile. I just walked upstairs and slammed the door behind me. I can't believe they're sending me away! This is so unfair! I didn't really have much of a choice so I grabbed my bag and packed up all my stuff. Or as much as I can fit into two suitcases. at night so my parents got me in the car and drove me to the school. and it was a 4 Hour Drive. this school was absolutely massive! My stepdad handed me my phone back and ordered me to get out of the car after we were parked. Then a lady with a long white dress and black cloak with her hair up in a bun and heavy make up walked up to us." hello Cody Griffin" The lady said." it is very nice to meet you. trust me will break her bad behavior". The lady said with a smile. My parents just gave a devious smile back to her and then got in the car and drove away. The lady walked me up to the school and showed me to my dorm. I'm only 16 and I'm already getting a dorm and a freaky school? it was a small room with a twin size bed and white sheets and a small desk with a chair I look to the other side of the room and saw it mimicked I must have a roommate? Then there were a closet which I'm guessing we would share. The freaky lady left and then a few minutes later a girl with red hair and bright blue eyes walked in. The only thing that went through my head is that she was gorgeous she looks so innocent why is she here? She had a thin green top that showed her stomach a little and very short shorts. She had her hair up in a ponytail with a hair clip. " hi there my name is Penny". She said with joy." my name is Cody nice to meet you" I said. I looked beside me and noticed I had my phone I quickly grabbed it and texted Matt Tom and Chloe about what happened. I started talking to Penny about a few different things about my life back at home how I have an abusive family and my mom never wanted me. Apparently Penny could kind of relate." I get it. my father left our family after me and my brother were born my mother raised us alone and dated a bunch of men which were all sexually abusive towards me and my brother and my mom". she said. I genuinely felt really bad for her she probably went through worse than what I went through." i'm sorry you had to go through that". After that we quickly became friends. I pretty much texted the others the whole night but I eventually had to go to bed. The mattress was OK but not as good as mine at home. The next morning we were woken up to a bell.(Bing bong) The bell went over and over again. Me and Penny stood up and went to the closet to get dressed after we were dressed in these hideous uniforms that the lady gave us which were blue with a tie and a mini skirt with stockings and nice leather shoes and a plaid jacket. after that a different young girl in a white dress and black cloak with her hair up in a bun like the other lady walked us over to the cafeteria for breakfast. There's a little box near the opening of the cafeteria saying put phone here. The lady watches us intently making sure we put our phones in the box. As I walked in the room I was taking it all Lynn it was quite boring cafeteria though. As it felt like I just bumped into a wall. it was a boy. He was handsome with dark brown hair and brown eyes he was a little bit taller than me and looks really mad." what's your problem emo girl!" he said in discussed." Who are you call an emo girl!". " I can tell your emo with all the black eyeliner disgusting" he said. I was about ready to pick a fight when an old man separated us." let's use kind words were you know the punishment kohl's!" The old man said. Then old man looked at me and glared. "Your name is kohl's "I said. " obviously not my name is Thomas! Thomas kohl's" he repeated. I rolled my eyes and walked away. Penny was already sitting down and eating pancakes and bacon with a small cup of orange juice. I decide to get the same and sit next to her.
