'Come on baby we have a match today I know you hate it but come on it will be a good match Jonas will understand if you need to sit this game but try' you say knowing Alessia has woken up with anxiety like she does every match day
You both get up and get ready you go done and make breakfast which is toast for you and eggs for Alessia and you set it down on the sofa and you both eat and head out and get in the car on the car ride there Alessia was quiet and you worry about her

You both get out the car you grab Alessia's hand and rub it with your thumb then go to the changing room to grab everything then head to the coach and you see Steph and Ella oh btw Ella plays for arsenal
'Hey less u ok today I have some meds if you need them today' Ella says knowing you would forget them and Ella always has some with her
'Omg Ella you are a legend I mean I did forget mine today and I am having them when we start to warm up can you find me and pass me them plz' Alessia says to Ella and you just stood there
'Baby where are we sitting today I can sit on the table with you' you say to Alessia trying to get her to hurry up and you sit on a table with Alessia Ella and Steph and you and Kyra both fall asleep
Vic walks past and knocks Alessia's leg which causes her to scream and Leah to run over with Lia and Alessia is screaming and goes into a panic attack and no one can calm her down until Ella get involved

Ella sits next to Alessia and try's to calm her down then realises she didn't take her meds and goes in her bag and grabs Alessia's meds and hands them to her
'Alessia take these meds they might help you' Ella says to Alessia trying to help her and get her to take meds
'NO NO NO Ella I can't where is Amelia' Alessia says thinks you have left her
'She is with Katie and Caitlin calm down she hasn't left you she was trying to help but nothing was working take your meds this will help you we all know that so plz take them' she says while giving Alessia a stern look
'Ok ok I will I'm sorry about this' Alessia says while tears start to steam down her face and she is sat against the window zoned out while the tears roll down her face
Ella hands Alessia her meds and Alessia takes them and she calms down and the whole wash home Alessia stares out the window and Jonas comes to see if everything is ok
'Hey Ella how is she she doesn't look too good' Jonas asked wondering about Alessia as she hasn't even looked at him
'Not good I'm worrying a lot and mils feels like she is a bad girlfriend what do I do I love them both so much like I want to help less but mils is the only one to help' Ella says trying not to cry
