Phuwin came back home that day with a very furious temper.. he started throwing things.. in anger and frustration.. "how could that petty man flirt with me.. how dared he touch me.. how could he hug me.. I will kill that bastard.." he thought in his mind..
He called Winny immediately..
"Phi I want the divorce.." Phuwin stated demandingly..
"Okay no issue give the copy of the paper.. which is signed by you two.. I
will do the rest.." Winny said innocently as though he knew nothing..
Phuwin gritted his teeth, "he didn't signed it.. but I did.. will it be
okay..??"
Winny sighed indicating a no..

"Phu if he didn't signed it then how
will you do it"
"How would I know.. you are the person with the knowledge of law.. you tell me how would I do it.." Phuwin lashed out..
Winny acted like he was thinking hard.. tapping his chin..
"hhhhmmmm then you have to file any charges against him so that the
divorce can be processed legally.."
Phuwin thought for a second.. his big doe eyes were roaming around
everywhere to find a solid reason.. "he cheated on me.." he blurted out
confidently..

Winny smirked mentally at the stupidity of the younger.. "okay.. that's
really bad.. do you have proper proof and evidents.. and whom did he cheat
you with?? If I may know??" The elder asked obliviously..
Phuwin was on his verge of bursting out.. "uuurrrggghhh I'm the proof
myself.. he cheated on me with me.."
"He cheated on his husband with his husband..?? Ahem Uuummm are
you sure baby.. I mean you can't validate this reason at the court.."
Winny informed..

"UURRRGGGHHH.. I WILL KILL HIM.. YOU ARE ALL SAME..
YOU GUYS ARE ALL IN ONE TEAM.." Phuwin screamed in frustration.. then after a while of throwing things here and there.. he continued..
"I want this divorce.. I don't want to live with him.. isn't that enough to
get me a divorce already.." Phuwin's point was correct this time..
"Yes it is.. but in that case the scenario will be like.. you haven't been
together with your husband for two years.. now you have no such solid
allegations against him but you still want a divorce.. whereas he want to
give this marriage a chance..
You can file divorce but then the court will ask for you to come to
consultation or counseling and all.. and this will eventually end up taking
almost a year.. may be more than that.. too" Winny stated
He knew he was just manipulating the boy.. he was taking advantage of
the younger's lack of knowledge in law.. but he was bounded.. this brat
needs to be tamed anyhow..

Phuwin was lost in his thoughts.. where he didn't know the whole
conversation of him and Winny was being enjoyed by a certain
someone.. though winnys phone..

"Phi then what should I do now..??" Phuwin asked..
"Look I think you should talk to pond.. try to convince him.. it would be a
lot more easier if it is mutual.. talk to him.. there should be a way out.." he
suggested..
Phuwin explained the way out Winny had already suggested him..
"Baby are you seriously that stupid.. it is the most easiest way to get the
divorce.. he would himself sign the paper.. then what's the issue.. and you
also like to study film making, so you would obviously love to study now..
what's the big deal..??"
"He is the big deal.. no matter how much easier the way is.. it is
suggested by him.. and that's enough for me to reject it.." the younger
informed..
Winny could already hear a fit of laughter from the other side of his
phone which was on a call right now.. he was scared Phuwin might hear it
too.. but luckilyhe didnt.. he cleared his throat loudly.. the sound dimmed
consequently..

However Winny spend some more time there explaining the benefits
of pond's idea to the younger.. then came back.. and Phuwin spend
the whole day and evening thinking about what he should do..

"Phi he is just too cute.. I just want to kiss him to death.. no I mean
my death.."
Winny cleared his throat.. "calm down boy.. you are being overly
whipped for that brat.. let me tell you.. he is not that cute that you are
thinking him as.." winny rolled his eyes saying so..
"Phi how can I not be whipped tell me.. fuck those people who call
him brat or rude or bad.. I mean are they blind.. can't they see how innocent and child like he is.." this time Winny choked.. the water in his mouth
erupted out..
