8. "Reckless confession"

Seungmin sat at his desk concentrating on his work, his mind fully focused on whatever he was writing on the screen. His attention was suddenly interrupted by a buzzing sound coming from his phone, lound and bright.

The caller ID on the screen displayed the name "Jeongin". A name he's never thought he would see ever again in his life. His heart beat out frantically in his chest while picking up the phote to slide and answer.

"Hello?..." he said with a shaky voice.

Anxiety, fear, confusion and all sort of emotions filled him, thousands of thoughts ran through his head in that moment.

"Seungmin, hi." said Jeongin on the other line.

"What do you need?" asked Seungmin.

"Are you free today? I want to talk to you about something."

He didn't know what answer to give him. He wasn't that busy that day, neither did he have plans with Chan as he was going on a date with Felix and they'd probably spent the whole day together. But curiosity also struck in him, he had to know what Jeonging wanted to discuss with him. Maybe it was something important? Work related maybe?

He gave it a shot and agreed to meet with him. Just
what could possibly go wrong?

At the same time he felt guilt. For what? He didn't know exactly. It wasn't like he was cheating on anybody if he met up with his ex for work related problems. Chan wasn't his boyfriend in any way
anyway.

"Wanna meet up at our old usual spot?" Jeongin initiated.

"Sure." agreed Seungmin.

"Wear something nice for me, alright?" said Jeongin, Seungmin could see his smirk through the screen.

"You're still the same weirdo, huh?" laughed Seungmin.

"Only when I talk to you."

Chan picked up Felix from his shoot and drove him to the studio to meet with the others. He wanted to introduce his team and friends to the guy he was currently flirting with, as they didn't make their relationship official yet. It was clear something was going to bloom out, with all of the late night dates, at home movie nights and all the fucking they've done so far.

If you wouldn't know you'd say they're already boyfriends.

Chan entered the studio with Felix behind him. There, he found Changbin testing out soundtracks for their upcoming album and Jisung sat on the couch playing on his phone.

"I brought someone for you to meet." announced Chan.

Changbin and Jisung both looked up at the same time.

"Hello!" greeted Felix.

"This pretty boy you have with you must be the famous Felix. Nice to mee you, gorgeous, my name is Changbin." he sat up and took Felix's hand to greet him back, and flirt with him playfully.

Felix giggled in response, "I guess you're right."

"I am Jisung! Chan sure wasn't lying when he told us you're even more good looking in person."

"Thank you so much, you're all so nice to me." Felix was already feeling welcomed by how nice Chan's
friends were to him.

Usually everyone is nice to him and he likes being nice back to them.

"Where's Seungmin? I know I told him I would introduce you to Felix." asked Chan.

"Seungmin? I don't think he'll make it today." responded Jisung.
