COCO WAS SAT ON THE COUCH, WATCHING TV as the phone rang, making her pick up, "hello?"

"Hey, is this Coco?" A male voice asked and Coco could hear the smile in this guys voice.

"That depends." Coco smirked, "Who may this be?"

"Really?" The guy asked, "I'm wounded."

"Hey Daniel." Coco chuckled, twirling a piece of her brown hair.

"Hey Coco." Daniel chuckled at the other end of the phone line, "What you up to?"

"Nothing'." Coco sighed, "Just watching TV, my mom's at church and my dad's out with the other coaches so I'm alone."

"What about Georgie?" Daniel asked.

"He's in his room, minding his own business." Coco chuckled.

"Well, my dad's driving me to school tomorrow, you want a ride?" Daniel asked, a short throat clearing at the end of his sentence.

"Yeah, that'd be great, I'll see you then." Coco smiled, "Bye, Daniel."

"Bye Coco." Daniel said before Coco hung up, she returned to watching TV until her mom and younger siblings returned home, her dad coming in not long after.

Coco retreated to her room for the rest of the day, listening to music and reading magazines. Luckily the house had four bedrooms which meant Coco didn't have to share with Georgie like their old house but Sheldon and Missy had to share.

The only time Coco came out of her room that night was for dinner but she went straight back afterwards. About an hour after dinner, Mary and George started arguing so Coco listened to music to drown them out. It wasn't long after that she fell asleep.

The next morning, Coco went for a shower before any of her family members so she could be clean and fresh for the first day of school. She quickly got dressed into a pink top with denim skirt overalls on. She dried her hair and put it into half up, half down bunches.

Coco grabbed her bag and books, taking them out to the kitchen and putting them at the kitchen table before grabbing a bowl of cereal. Georgie their mom and dad soon came out after.

Missy walked through the living room and into the kitchen, "Mom, Sheldon can't find his bow tie."

"Really? I laid it out for him." Mary said, grabbing the milk from the fridge.

"Leave it alone, Mary. He doesn't need a bow tie." George sighed, placing his coffee cup on the counter.

"It's his first day of school. Let him wear what he wants." Mary scolded her husband while pouring milk into Missy's cereal.

"Mom, I can't find my bow tie!" Sheldon screamed from his room, making Coco roll her eyes.

"Dear Lord, why's he got to wear a bow tie?" Mary mumbled, placing the milk in the table and walking out towards Sheldon's room.

"Can I drive in with you?" Georgie asked their dad, going through one of his books.

"Sure." George nodded before looking at his daughter, "You needing a ride in?"

"Nope." Coco smiled slightly, popping the p as she spoke, "Already got one."

"Your mother?" George asked, his brows knitting together in confusion.

"No, it deosnt matter. It's just a friend." Coco shrugged, putting her empty cereal bowl in the sink.

"You mean a boy." Georgie taunted.

"I'm gonna kill you!" Coco said through gritted teeth before a car honk came from outside, "Saved by the car."

Coco grabbed her bag, slinging it over one shoulder while holding a couple of books in the other arm, "See you later!"

Coco shouted at her family before quickly walking out the front door, shutting it behind her so she couldn't be stopped. Coco smiled at Daniel sat in his dad's truck who was also driving.

Coco walked down the front garden and opened the truck door, climbing in beside Daniel who pecked her cheek with a kiss, "Thanks for the ride Mr Grayson."

"Of course, Coco. Anytime." Mr Grayson — Daniel's dad — smiled before starting the truck and driving the two transfers to school.
