It has been about a day since the information dump flooded her in seconds. It was indeed a lot to take in for someone who only wanted to help her parents with their work while assisting the cowardly boy from afar as a task. She had a normal grade school experience, followed by a middle school transfer to Italy learning about her true background, returning to her childhood neighborhood, and being labeled as a cold-hearted female during her high school career. Normalcy was never an option when she was involved with the mafia.
Ayame plummeted to the ground as a guttural noise left her body. She had never seen someone fight completely different from her self-defense teacher from Italy. It was as if she had to relearn how to fight again. Lal Mirch's way of combat was more about redirecting power from one direction to another through a distance—hence why the young female used weapons at a distance. With Saffron, however, he pushed his way in straight-to-close combat and caused her to stumble multiple times. He then proceeded to switch to long-range melee weapons tactics resulting in the poor female teen being flung across the training room.
Saffron held his hand to the grounded female, softly smiling as she glanced up at him. "I think that is enough training for now, don't you think?" The young teen blew a tuft of hair off her face as she accepted his hand to get up. "Not... enough," she huffed, dusting herself off. He sighed, shaking his head. "You do realize all this training meant to tell you that you would have lost your life right then and there. This is the 42nd time you have lost—meaning you have died 42 times." Her head hung low, realizing what the male had said was true. She could've disappeared in a split moment if these were actual fights.
The CEDEF member checked his watch for the time. "Ayame, it is close to 9. Did you not say you wanted to visit Basilicum early in the morning?" Quickly glancing at Saffron's watch, she confirmed it was close to nine in the morning. She swiftly left the training room, almost tripping over her feet while heading to her room. The raven wanted to visit Basil as she was familiar with him during her stay in Italy. He may be about two years younger than her, but Ayame treated him like a younger brother.
It was normal for them not to say a word as the missions were a priority to CEDEF. If a member were to say anything to another member on a mission, it would pose a danger to the person. The young female learned this from her teacher two months into her time in Italy. At first, Ayame hated the concept of ignoring the members. It never felt right when the members may need assistance on the offside. Lal'Mirch gave her a massive lecture about this, and now she acknowledged them with small gestures. Her teacher informed her that emotions would get in the way, hence why Ayame was tossed into extreme situations before getting a handle on her feelings to her advantage.

She glanced down at herself as she stopped in front of the clinic building. Her school uniform was slightly disoriented, and she needed to have her tie. It did not matter, as she was planning only to visit Basil; she did not care if Dino was there despite their familiarity. The only concern she had was to ensure Basil was stabilized.
Ayame entered the building and saw Dino standing by the empty receptionist area with Romario, conversing about something. She sped-walk toward them, quickly grasping onto the blond's sleeve as she attempted to catch her breath. "Dino-san..."
"Oh! Ayame-chan~" The blond smiled brightly at the young female who appeared before him. "Long time no see. How has it been?" She nodded as a greeting to Romario as she straightened her back. "You saw me yesterday, Dino-san. Where is Basil?"
"To the hallway, second door on the right." Dino's right-handed man responded while Dino frowned as he was ignored by his self-proclaimed famiglia sister. "Thank you Romario-san." He nodded as the young female let go of the blond's sleeve and dashed to Basil's occupied room. "Am I only wanted when she needs intel, Romario?" His right-handed man could only shrug, unable to say a word as anything could trigger his boss' unusual emotions toward the female.
