The return - Sashannarcy story.

Anne's return.

Anne stared out the plane window, and let out a sigh, watching the glowing city's pass her by the hour, she was finally on her way home after a 6 year long trip/break after everything that happened with the frog-vasion and the Core and well you know being a cosmic guardian god when she dies, AGAIN.

She picked up her phone and checked the time 11:47 only 13 more minutes until she turned 23 and she probably had to spend it alone as her parents are unfortunately out of town for a couple weeks. It's not like Marcy and Sasha would celebrate with her they haven't spoken in about 6 years and they have their own lives now.

Sasha got a physce degree and is a child's physiologist and Marcy is a famous webcomic writer! And what was Anne? Someone who took care of frogs in an aquarium, who has nothing going for her exept she saved the entire world one time, but no one seems to care about that anymore.

Anne decided to sleep off the rest of the flight, seeing as all the sad overthinking actually made her sad.

3hours later.

Anne woke up to a sudden jolt in the plane, only to realise that it was just the plane finally hitting the ground. She searched around for her carry on bag and putting all of her stuff she used on the plane into it. She waited patiently for the signal off the flight attendant that everyone could begin de-boarding the aircraft. Anne sprang up when it finally happened, she happily hopped off the plane so happy to be back home. Although, she was a bit disappointed knowing there was no one going to be waiting outside the airport for her.

She sighed and began finding her way through the busy airport to find the rest of her luggage and passing through security.

Once Anne finally managed to waddle out of the airport, she decided to take a look around to see if anyone was actually here for her. And to her surprise there she saw Marcy and Sasha waving a big poster at her with Anne's name on it.

Anne ran, ecstatic and almost tripping over her luggage, up to the two girls who had tears in their eyes and engulfed them in a large bear hug, hugging them as tight as she could and never wanting to let go.

"I- I can't believe it! What are you two doing here?" Anne sobbed, the shock of seeing them leaving her crying in their arms.

"Anne, we've been waiting for you here for 6 years! Of course we'd come straight to you the minute we hear your coming home!" Sasha squealed.

"Your parents told us about how they had to leave because of the restaurant for a few weeks and HELL! We couldn't just leave you alone on your birthday!!~~" Marcy hugged her even tighter, finding it difficult to contain her excitement as she jumped up and down, pulling the other two with her. "And! And! And..... You get to stay with us until your parents get back!" She revealed. Anne's face lit up, but a sudden realisation changed that.

"Wait, y- you guy? live together?" Without me? Anne asked, confused on why her heart felt like it was being ripped to pieces.

Sasha and Marcy burst into laughter, "Don't be silly, Anne. You know we've been dating for about 2 years! Right?" Sasha laughed whilst a light blush creeped up on the couples faces, Anne tried to laugh with them to cover up the hurt in her eyes.

"Haha... Oh, yeah how could i forget.." She muttered, in reality Anne actually had no idea they had been dating, the thought of it crushed her chest and she felt like she could burst into tears at any moment.

"Now c'mon you've GOT to see your room!" Marcy shouted, her excitement growing more and more, and her jumping up and down getting more intense. Therefore, leading to her running back to the car like a small child running after the ice cream van.
