Frisk killing Asgore and taking his soul leaves the underground for good. Years go by with Undyne taking the throne and becoming the Queen of the Underground demands that ANY humans that fall down must be killed INSTENTLY. After more years of nothing the core runs out of power which leaves everyone in the underground with no food left to live anymore. Undyne noticing Sans's eye realizes that it might be able to power the underground again, after a long "talk" with Sans it leave's him without an eye. After this happens a couple more years go by until a child falls down into the Underground, this child is Aliza she ends up making it alive through the Ruins. But when she get's to Snowdin the fist monster she meets is Sans. After meeting Sans realizes that her soul can be used to replace his eye, Sans giving no time to rest instantly slaughters Aliza and taking her soul and puts it in his skull. This leaves sans with power of Determination and drives him mad as he ends up killing the rest of the underground. The only monster left is Undyne who he made sure to leave last so he could make she her death was the more painful out of everyone. more years go by with sans having to eat other monsters that are still left alive to make sure he doesn't starve to death. Until finally Frisk with the help of Chara come back in the underground to finish there job.
